Second time here. First time was good, for a child's party. Second time we had to leave before starting, despite booking for 10, we were left waiting on the street for 30 minutes until we left to find a wonderful Thai restaurant diagonally across the road with excellent ambience, service and food, much better value for money. Forgot the teppan show, try the gentle thai.

Really nice Teppanyaki restaurant, when we were in there most of the diners were families with young children. Not a place to take friends/colleagues to impress, but a fun let your hair down and have a good time.

Teppanyaki is okay about once a year. The food is usually nice and fresh but you get rushed in and out in about forty minutes and whilst I enjoy watching the skills of the chefs I really don't enjoy trying to catch food and invariably wearing most of it. Keeps the kids happy, I suppose. I have eaten at Sakari twice and the food was quite acceptable for the price.

Sakari Teppanyaki was really good! I had 17th my birthday party there and all my friends and myself had a fantastic time. Yes, the restaurant is small but that did not matter at all! The chefs and waitresses were all very friendly and helpful even though at times it was difficult to communicate as they are all japanese and english is their second language!

The food was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere/setting was nice, not too formal or too drabby. The restaurant has its own toilet facilities (need some serious attention). The restaurant is located very centrally so it is easy for everyone to get there and find. It is basically 30 seconds from chatswood shopping centre, 6 minutes from frenches forest/forestville, 9 from st ives and lindfield area!

The cost was what you would expect not dirt cheap or massively expensive-$29 for and adult sitting which includes miso soup, green salad, beef, chicken, prawn, fish, fried rice and fried veggies. The chefs are happy to change your menu to suit your tables likes and dislikes! One good thing is that they don't charge you for cakeage, you can bring your own cake and they take it, put candles in it, play the happy birthday song and cut it up/serve it.

The tricks and fun activities the chefs perform are brilliant! Don't wear your best clothes though, it can be messy! I will definitely go again! I loved it!

Is good food which is fun becase you need to catch things in your bowl. Probably come again.

It's a typical Teppanyaki restaurant but lacking a bit in the decor. It's still a fun place and watching the chefs do their thing is always entertaining. We had the set menu which was fresh tasting and well cooked. Staff were friendly and attentive and it's definitely a place we'll go back to.
