It's just like the Ramen and the styles of Japanese shops we've visited in Japan recently. Loved it and feels like we're back in Japan. There were Japanese customers there too. Small shop, queue is a bit of a mess but loved it.

After visiting Japan last year, ramen in Sydney just hasn't been up to standard until I found this place. It certainly had the Japanese style of service and feel - no bookings taken and staff were polite. Ramen and gyoza were on par with what I had found in Tokyo but this time the pork servings in the ramen were far more generous. Definitely a place to go back to in the future.

Great ramen! Service is fast and offer alot of dishes that other places dont. Tokyo ramen is very tasty. It's a small little place with a Japanese feel. Prices are reasonable too. Best ramen joint. Highly recommended.

Amazing ramen. Absolutely love the marinated boiled eggs that's an extra. Huge serves and under $10! My chef friend who lived in Japan confirmed that it's very authentic and something that you'd find there. A must try.

The ramen in the Tokyo ramen is probably the best I've had in Sydney. Tender texture, smooth surface, a hint of transparency. The pork soup is rich, slightly visicous, and pure. The chicken shoyu soup looks transparent but gives an unexpected high level of flavour. The ramen in the pork soup ramen seems to be a slightly different noodle to the chicken soup though, softer, whiter.

Serving is decent. Garnish is simple, inline with the overall philosophy of do the job properly nothing fancy! A small place in a residental area with a cosy ambience. The wooden tables and benches, the Japanese menus on the wall. Free self service water.

At the end of a 2hr drive to Sydney, I was met by a cosy heated room, steaming soupy noodles in the most heart-warming and lovingly made stock. This is simple, nourishing comfort food served in no-frills manner in hole-in-the-wall cafe surrounds.

Best ramen in the world, perhaps even the universe. Ryo San knows his stuff.

Try the Chaashu Onigiri (pork rice ball) and the tonkotsu ramen. Go for a second serve of noodles if you fit them as they taste even better than the first. The new laksa-style ramen is a hit, especially with thin slices of lotus root tempura on top. No nonsense quality food - bloody sensational. Don't go here if you're into thin dishwater soup.

The best ramen in Sydney! The best dish is the sour chicken and prawn balls ramen on the special menu. I can't get enough of it! Very affordable with plenty of servings.
