I don't like giving bad reviews, but the food here was the worse Vietnamese I've ever had, and in fact if they didn't advertise it as vietnamese I wouldn't even call it Vietnamese food. It was very, very bland.

Service was good and fast and attentive, and I'd like to rate the service and ambience higher but I don't want my overall rating to be high. Sorry guys. But having a restaurant on King St where there are heaps of other restaurants to compete with your going to have to pull up your socks.

Enjoyable meal. I had chicken pho (I think pho ga?) which I thought was delicious. And at 13 dollars for a large bowl, pretty good price. For entree I enjoyed their autumn rolls, which again were very very tasty.

I will go back as a close place to get a nice bowl of pho. The other meals people were eating around me looked good. Its a very busy restaurant on a weekend.

Been here twice so far and thoroughly look forward to having their summer rolls. For a light, tangy and fresh salad we had a lemongrass pork which turned out great. I've also tried out the crispy chicken and tomato rice another night, which the chicken was juicy but not too keen on the rice. The place does get busy, so expect a little waiting period or book ahead! More info @ my blog.

Without doubt the most disappointing Asian meal I have ever eaten. Dishes were bland, watery and flavourless. The Vietnamese chicken curry consisted of a couple of fatty drumsticks, two chunks of watery potato and pumpkin, in a bowl of oily broth. This was truly disgraceful.

The crispy skinned chicken was no better, not at all crispy, mostly bone and fat with a few vegetables. The slick street appearance is deceptive: half the tables are in a corridor beside the toilets. This is not an inexpensive restaurant with mains round the $20 mark. Well below average.

The rice paper rolls are delicious, but my caramel fish main was oily, fatty, bony and actually quite unpleasant to eat. My husband said his pork version was worse. I may go back but I certainly wouldn't order those meals.

Not too bad for Newtown, good solid food, all fair not over the top great but worth a try! We had coconut prawns, pancake entree. Main sizzling beef wrap at $30 bit exy go for pork wrap.

Have been to Rice Paper Vietnamese a few times, the only down side of this place is that its so good and its now become so popular you have to book, When I first started coming here it was a new unknown place now its booked out every night. This has to be some of the best Vietnamese food in Sydney.

Very nice food. The Cube Beef with tomato rice was a standout. Great place to go with the family. The summer rolls could have had less noodle and for meat filling but was still very nice. In the end it didn't break the bank either.

Love love the food here. The vermicilli noodle dishes are amazing, as are the vegetarian summer rolls. The pho is also really good and everything pretty good value.
