Nice to see a burger joint in the bay. After going the first week and experience a somewhat dry burger, we put it down to teething problems. After two more visits (on Friday nights - so very busy) the experience has been in consistent, the 3 mini burgers were moist and delish, but again the regular burgers failed to deliver a nice meat patty. Would be great if they asked you how you would like it cooked, rather than cooking it all medium to well. The chips are crispy and tasty, but grill'd still does a better burger.

One of my new favourite restaurants!

Whilst I didn't think the burgers were the best I've had in Sydney, the beef and pork striblets were something different and really, really good. They both come on a plate of chips and taste nice together if you find striblets a bit salty on their own. The onion rings were a winner. They're not cooked in the usual way you might get at a fast food point.

I also enjoyed the ambience of the whole place and we had some friendly waiters. I consider the price to be worth it and it's not as expensive as you would expect for Neutral Bay. In total, we spent about $70 for 4 persons (+ 2 drinks) for 4 mains and 1 side.

Will definitely be paying a visit again soon.

Great burgers! Really crispy, chunky fries and onion rings for sides. The lemon and herb, Hawaiian and Cheese and Bacon were the burgers we'd tried and didn't see any faults - great produce, good portion and interesting system for service and being seated. Check out my review on my blog for more.

I absolutely Love this place, currently averaging a visit every fortnight (as I'm a local) and am never disappointed! Everyone is friendly and the servings sizes for their ribs are plenty. I was never a ribs eater but now love them, highly recommend a visit here.

Great burgers, well done chips, excellent onion rings and fast service. What more do you want in a grown up burger joint? Try their mini burger platter.

I love their Chips. Nice crispy thick chips. Love their Burger and onion ring. Average steak. Too bad everything have to be ruin by a bad service. The waiters is Rude.

Me and my husband was order cheese burger with side of chips and side of onion ring. My husband order tenderloin comes with option of chips Or salad. He choose chips. And when the food comes, the waiters just bring 1 chips 1 burger 1 onion ring and tenderloin but No Chips. He was asking where's my other chips? and the waiters said that's your chips and we explained to him and looks likely he was not happy with that and when he bring our chips to our table, He bang the plate in the table!

My husband was very angry and he was about to leave the table and walk out but I try to convince him, that hospitality people work long hour, maybe he is tired.

It's just not end there, when I'm still eating the same waiters come to our table and collect the plate when we were still eating. That's a total insult for both of us. We never again want to eat in that place anymore.

Although the food is good but with that treatment of service, Is just such a shame! we better bring our Money to somewhere else.

Stopped in for some lunch for the first time today. I had a chilli chicken burger and my husband went for the beef ribs. Both were pretty tasty, spicy and flavorsome.

I Wasn't blown away by their house chardonnay, neither was I impressed with it being served in a tumbler.

The ambience of the restaurant was ruined a little for me by the choice of music (Coldplay). I would probably avoid this place for dinner but for a Saturday afternoon bite it was just perfect.

I ate here not long ago and had the pork ribs to compare against rib and rubs, I'm gonna say they were quite average in comparison.

I definitely want to go back for the burgers so I'm not going to comment on that yet but if you want ribs better stick to the R&R franchise.

Service is counter service so nothing amazing to comment on there. I'll write again when I've had a burger.

We have just moved back to Neutral Bay and though we'd try a burger here. What a wonderful surprise!

The american style cheeseburger and chilli burger were divine. The (I'm gathering) twice cooked chips were amazing. With 2 Bud's and full bellys, the quick meal was $42. Great service. We will definitely be back again as it reminded us of the great burgers you get in the USA.
