I was very surprised at how empty the restaurant was for a Friday night! It was only two table of diners so it ruined the ambience even the interior was nice with beautiful comfy chairs. Still as a result, service was prompt and very friendly.

Our table opted the a la carte option and I really enjoyed my Shroom, the scallops And the beautiful Flowers in the window was amazingly presented on the plate. The third course veal and duck was very average in taste with fellow diners saying the duck was over salted. I loved the taste of mums coffee, toffee, crunch! But there was more to come with coffee, tea and their famous petit four tray with a colorful array of chocolate, and sweets! You feel like a kid in a candy store! We had a nice bottle of wine as well.

I'm glad I got to try Arras but I don't think I'll be back due to so many restaurant I want to try in Sydney!

Have been waiting to take a friend here for the beautiful lolly plate after having a wonderful meal in the old location. Great renovation. Had the 4 courses for lunch, with the smoked egg in my play on nicoise salad so overpowering it ruined my entire dining experience.

I would expect a venue of this calibre to follow up on an entire element left on a dish, instead I received a flippant comment that it must just be one of those days. Front of the house continues to impress and discovered my new favourite wine. Not all was lost.

After two visits in a week, once for lunch and a return for dinner, this may be my new favourite high end restaurant in town.

The decor feels so different to the previous operation, both of Arras and the location. Very light but great splashes of colour. Comfy chairs also very welcome.

Lunch is extremely good value. Dinner requires a somewhat greater investment but one that provides a very satisfactory return for me. Superb wine list with some real oddities at reasonable prices. Superb service at both lunch and dinner. I look forward to eating here a lot more in future.

This is a Sydney fine dining experience – 4 course a la carte menu and a degustation option. We went for the a la carte, I had spiced and dressed crab in a san chow bow style (their words) followed by black and white squid with scallops. Both cleanly presented and good combination of flavours. But despite what some chefs think, food is not art.
