Excellent hangout upstairs on the balcony in winter. Food is good all-round, along with the service. Not fantastic but a good place to chill.

Perfect location, beautiful bar. Always has a nice atmosphere, music never too loud. Bar food is pretty good, had the pizza on sunday night, didn't have to wait long for my food. Really enjoyed my pizza.

I've been there with my boyfriend and a friend some Saturdays ago. The place is nice and clean, it has a nice balcony and it's quite spacious. It wasn't busy that day, but we had to wait quite a while before the waitress could take our orders, excusing herself for that. We ordered fish and chips, nice but a bit too pricy.

The service was a bit disappointing. The girls looked busy, but the place wasn't busy at all. From my table I could see the bar and the barista was just leaving coffees and drinks on the bench, waiting for her colleagues to pick them up, while she was just looking around doing nothing. A latte remained at the bar waiting for someone to serve it for more than 10 minutes.

Of course we didn't order any coffee, even because after we finished we had to wait another while before someone noticed our empty plates! I have to say again that a lot of Sydney restaurants have still something to learn about service.

Great bar for the 30+ age group. Sunday night's the biggest. If you want to be seen come here. Pretty easy pick up joint. Service is good.

I brought my visiting aunts here, and I couldn't have paid for a more stunning sunny winter day, on the balcony with sweeping ocean views, eating fine food and great wine. The entire experience was a delight. The food was excellent especially the mezze.

My wife and I went here for Sunday lunch and I must say we were very disappointed. The service was slow and impersonal. We ordered some bread as soon as we got to the table and it was delivered after our mains. The staff assured us that we would not be charged for it, which we still were.

On the positive side the food was quite good, potentially a little over-priced, and the location is great. I wouldn't be in too much of a hurry to recommend eating here, there are better options in the area.

After we were seated, took forever to catch waiter's eye for drinks and to order food which was very average. Had 3 mouthfuls of prawn pasta and left it, they did not enquire what was wrong with it. Waitress that delivered bill did not even look at us. Then went to Drift bar which had nice atmosphere, our drinks ordered from waitress never came, no apology when I went to bar. Like downstairs bar but wouldn't bother with the rest.

We went here for lunch on our wedding anniversary as walk in customers. Right from the beginning we were attended to and this continued for our 3 hour duration.

Food was fantastic. The waiter Angus was extremely attentive but not in an invasive way. When our main meals were delayed, we were apologized to and brought complimentary bread without us saying a word. The atmosphere was relaxed and we had a lovely afternoon. The dark chocolate creme brulee was delicious.

We had a most enjoyable Sunday lunch having arrived without a booking. We had walked from home for about one hour to Bondi Beach and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the meals, wine and service. Our meals were beautifully presented modern cuisine and delicious. The food was reasonably priced especially in such a wonderful atmosphere looking across to the beach. We will definitely be back.

I went here for brekky for the first time a few weeks ago.. Of course I have been there for bevies many times (to the meat market as I like to refer to it as....)

The food really surprised me actually! It was fantastic and we had a brilliant breakfast.

The people at my table had: Sourdough with Eggs and Salmon, the breakfast barra with the Potato cake - which apparently was amazing. I shared the rye toast and a serve of fruit and museli and I have to say, for such a standard type meal, it was amazing!!!!

I was plesantly surprised!
