    Ordered entree of garlic bread and chips but only the garlic bread was brought out and we had to ask after the chips (fine). Dinner was delayed apology received during the delay (fine). When dinner came I was presented with a chicken parmigiana, when I clearly ordered a chicken peri peri pizza. When I advised as such the staff member tried to pressure me into taking the parma without checking our docket or apologising.

    I advised her to go check, and it was found that 2 chicken parmas were on our order but my boyfriend only ordered one for himself. The peri peri pizza was on the docket and instantly brought to the table but she also brought back the 2nd parma and again tried to get us to take it. (no deal). My boyfriend’s parma was burnt on the bottom.

    After all this I found 2 hairs on my pizza that were clearly not mine (disgusting). When we went to go pay for the food the 2nd parma was still on our docket. (embarrassing). We spoke with the manager and he offered us an apology along with removing the 2nd parma off our docket, 20% off the pizza and parma and advised he would talk to the staff. (ok)

    Never eating there again no matter what reconciliation they provide. (appalling)
