Good ramen, tastes a bit different from other shops. The place is not fancy, with tiny chairs and tables in a cold dining area. The other comment here about the fly that comes to visit at the end of the meal was spot on, like a creepy prophecy!

The food is not bad, but the elephant in the room is these are MSG soup base.
The rice dishes are msg free I believe. Staff is polite and courteous.

Went here last night as Ryo's was closed and we heard good reviews about this place so we thought we would give it a try. The Tonkotsu Ramen was very average, soup was quite thin, the bowl is big, but there aren't much noodles - there was just a massive pile of bean sprouts that really got in the way. There wasn't much meat either, only 2 small pieces that were like cold cuts. I asked them for a few more pieces but they said I could only buy 6 pieces at a time for $5 which was too much, I thought that was a bit silly.

If they are only going to give 2 small pieces of meat, then they should be prepared for requests of extra topping. I am not a big eater but I left the place hungry. Also tried the seafood ramen, soup was very clear and uninteresting, could have gotten better seafood soup at a food court. If you want good Ramen, avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Really good ramen. Tastier than Ryo's and their tonkotsu ramen is much more user friendly than Gumshara (which is also amazing but in a much more omg I'm going to die way). Great that it's local and easy to park but not great if it's raining as that rules out alot of the outdoor tables...

I've been a regular at this place for 6 years. The ramen tastes great and I never tire of the selection available. Favourite at the moment is the curry ramen with tender beef cubes in curry sauce. I've actually had all the ramen on the menu, several times over.

Over the years the taste and quality of ingredients have not changed. Not once have I been sick from the food or has the flavour been lacking or too strong. It's been constantly perfect every time.

The Japanese staff are also very friendly and gracious.

At least once a week, I'll be sitting under the green trees, enjoying the sun on my back and having a good sized, great tasting bowl of ramen.

Great authentic tasting Ramen joint. Situated in a nice quiet little place, the restaurant isn't all that big. But there is choice of a tables indoors or outdoors.
The Restaurant has good-value, great tasting Ramen, we tried the japanese curry dishes, we tried the katsu curry rice and curry ramen, pretty big portions! Also a bonus was unlimited access to water from the water dispenser at the front of the restaurant. Staff were polite and friendly, service was fast and efficient. Highly recommended.

Have been here twice for noodles. Not amazing value considering you get about 2 small pieces of meat sliced very thinly. It's boring and a cliche but the teriyaki chicken is delicious.

Nice local setting and good food. Good for an honest Ramen meal (which is what Ramen should be), but sometimes when they are busy the wait can be a bit long after ordering.

Great food and service. Only problem is at the end of the meal when a fly always seemingly pops out of nowhere, floating on the soup. Really off putting, but overall great place.

Awful ramen, totally agreed and would never go there for ramen. The curry is ok, but the service = 0. There are many better Japanese places in Sydney!
