Love this place even more than the old watermark. Went there for breakfast for Mothers Day and really enjoyed it, table by the window was fantastic and the food was great, service excellent and would definitely go back, for us it is one of those special occasion places, a little pricey but worth the treat.

Went there for lunch on Saturday because they have function at night. The restaurant was full. We ordered oysters as on tray to share, barramundi and angus beef as main, chocolate tart as dessert. Everything was good especially the beef. I ordered the beef to be cooked as medium rare and it was exactly what I want. The presentation on every dish was good too.
The price is a little bit expensive (to me). Service is Ok as it was full that day and it's understandable they were busy. It worth to try anyway.

The food is good but the service is terrible. Very different to the experience offered by the previously known Watermark restaurant.

With a location like this you would think they don't have to try too hard with the food. Surprise, the food is beautifully cooked and presented. Staff are attentive, the view is fabulous. The only slight negative is the noise level which was certainly up there with a very rowdy function at one end of the restaurant. An excuse to give up on conversation and concentrate on the delicious flavours on our plates.

Saturday morning breaky with friends, great view and good service. The bacon and eggs was pretty good, but you pay for the view obviously. More of a "special occasion" venue than a regular haunt. $50 for breakfast per 2 people basically. I'll go back if they re-assess their prices just slightly for breakfast.

The view is really great from a window table, so worth specifically asking for one. Some tables are set up in such a way that you would be just looking at a blank wall if you are unlucky enough to be seated along that wall.
Unlike some of the reviews below, the service couldn't be faulted. Friendly and attentive, in fact saw no chatting between staff and standing around that is mentioned below. There seems to be a real buzz between staff which added to the experience.
The food was delicious. Had one issue with the market fish that I ordered being raw in the middle. I sent it back and what came back was perfect. Ok so not great that it was raw to begin with, but was so efficiently dealt with that really we got over it.
Would definitely go back if I had another entertainment book voucher to lessen the pain of the very pricey bill. Paying 36+ for a main where you also have to order side dishes ends up being a pricey meal.

This location has been a favourite since we came almost weekly for the yum-cha entree at Watermark. Even though we booked at the last minute, we were given the requested table by the window and the view is fantastic regardless of the weather.
We had much better service than previous reviewers as he was there when needed and had answers to any questions, but was not over-zealous. We did struggle a tiny bit with the menu. At first it looks like a good selection, but it was more a case of what we didn't want rather than what we did. A lot of the choices seemed to have at least one superfluous ingredient.
It seemed like settling to have the beetroot salad as an entree, but the salad was absolutely faultless and the natural oysters were well-shucked to order and so fresh that they didn't need the accompanying vinegar with shallot. The quality of the produce shines.
We both chose what we thought were fall-back choices for mains, but were nicely surprised. The saffron broth of the suquet was wonderful, although some pre-cooked seafood was dry and let the dish down. The crisp-skinned salmon and skordalia was delicious but a pre-warmed plate (or a quicker plating) would have ensured that the perfectly cooked salmon wasn't put atop cold potato puree.
The wine list is wonderful and well-priced, and the sticky date pudding and good coffee were a perfect finish to a lovely lunch. Thanks!

I went with my mum for breakfast last week, she is a regular and has been trying to get me there for a long time. The location and venue is stunning we were sitting on the deck overlooking the beach on a beautiful Sunday morning. I always find breakfast very disappointing but this would have to be the best I can remember. It is good to see a menu that is different from the normal boring breakfast menu’s. Mum had the Bagdad eggs and I had the baked Spanish eggs which were divine. Coffee was also very good, Campos.

What an amazing location and fitout. When in Sydney twenty years ago went here when it was Watermark.
This place should be full for breakfast, lunch and dinner but the service is just not up to scratch and prices to high. Maybe they pay massive rent and as such have developed a menu that is pricey with small portion sizes.
The two occasions we have been we have had to endure very long waits for everything and there have been SO many staff around.
Great location and food (when it arrives) to show off a fantastic view to out of town friends but paying the bill may leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Great location. Efficient, friendly service. Beautiful meals but on the small side for the price. Had the $29 steak which was lovely but just came with a bit of lettuce. You need to spend another $9-$12 for a side. Alcohol is ridiculously priced.
