We chose this little cafe as it displayed many awards and appeared quite nice. We sat inside and was seen to quickly. Our order was placed within 3 mins of sitting down. It all went down hill from there. Our food never came. Five other tables who were seated and ordered after us, received their food and had finished... our food was still no where to be seen. We had to approach the counter and upon asking where it was, we were told it would be 3 minute.

After waiting another 10 minutes with no food my friend had to leave to go back to work, without eating. Before leaving she told them not to worry about her order. 10 minutes after she left they brought out both our orders. While we were very patient and not rude to them at all the only thing they could do was laugh and hand me the full bill with both meals. Not happy. Will never go there again. Totally disappointing. I do not recommend this cafe.

Brilliant little coffee shop inside Westfield North Rocks. Excellent food, good ambience with kids play nearby, coles a short walk and car park under ground. Great service with energetic waitresses (we've been here for 3 years and few have changed!) and good cafe value prices... all round a winner.

This is a fantastic cafe with the best pizza. The staff are always friendly and they are always willing to accommodate your needs or taste for you to enjoy your meal and time with them. We frequent this cafe as it's now one of our favourites.

The Aroma draw me in here, as I was walking passed I smelled the tasty dishes being served. Food is very tasty and beaming with freshness. Service was great and with a smile. I was totally impressed being a first time customer. I will return to try more dishes.

Been going here for over a year now and it has fast become my favourite place to eat. Frank and Phillip are both fantastic and friendly so it is no wonder this place has won so many local awards.

The food here is always superb. Specials change monthly and always offer something different. The standard menu has a lot to offer from pasta and pizza to salads and sandwiches/wraps etc. The pasta and pizza are winners and always super tasty. The home made lemon meringue pie is simply to die for. We frequent here every Thursday night and are always welcomed with open arms and hugs and handshakes every time. I cannot say anything negative about Pronto's. Give it a try!

I go here often and always find the service and girls working there very friendly and willing to please. Food is the usual cafe style, but very nice and the coffee is good. I took points off service though, as the senior staff was really rude to one of his staff in front of me. I was shocked as it's such bad form to do that in front of a regular customer. Would recommend this cafe if you're at North Rocks Westfields.

We have been here many times over the last few years and have never had anything negative to say about any meal. The food is always fresh and tasty and the service is great. Breakfast is especially nice. We visit here once a week! tks Pronto!

You can easily see why this team have won the many local business awards that adorn the counter top and walls in this small cafe within Westfield North Rocks.

Specials are often adventurous, change each month and are prepared with a deft touch. This month the specials range from a rabbit ragu on parperdelle, a seafood stew and a gorgonzola and proscuitto pizza. The parperdelle was a winner.

The pizzas are thin crust and prepared with a tomato sauce they make on site. They are some of the best pizzas you will find anywhere and available for take-away. Saturday and Sunday breakfasts are also great. You'll keep coming back for the coffee, best in this centre by a long shot.

There is seating outside the cafe in the Westfield mall and is right next to the childrens play area so this makes for a great spot for mums to catch up for coffee and for those weekend breakfasts.
