This company isn't good. The staff and surly, get angry when you refuse to pay more for a better wash, take ages and don't do a good job. Been there a few times with coupons, won't be going back again...

I recently experienced a wash at pro wash and can say that it was the best wash I ever had. It was $40 with wax and armorall - which is like $20 cheaper than where I used to go for the same thing. The vacuuming, washing, and and interior wiping was very good and they even used polish on my door to take tree sap off when I asked them to at no extra charge. They only get a 9 for service because although the fella helped me with my bags he went to serve another customer without taking my shopping trolley from me. Still, excellent wash and service, and comparatively cheap too! I will be coming back.

I bought two "car wash, vacuum, wax, and chamois" as a voucher on Scoopon in an attempt to save money and what a joke that was. The coupon should have read “car hosed, drip dried, and a waste you’re Saturday”

When I returned to the car, it looked like it had been cleaned by the visually impaired, and when I asked about the wax, they said that it was a mistake on the coupon. I asked why the car was so poorly washed they said I had come back before the car was ready, they had taken two hours and they insisted in telling me they only took just over an hour.

Then to add insult to injury, when I returned after another half an hour, the staff were revving the engines of my and another customers cars. I won’t be using my second voucher, nor will I ever return to Pro Car Wash. However, if you feel like wasting half a day, being lied to as a customer, and then watching your car be “violated” by the staff then I can highly recommend Pro Car Wash.
