Don't go for service, it is hit and miss. Don't go for the food (inconsistent). Breakfast is over priced and inconsistent. Go for gelato and coffee. You can't stuff that up. Inconsistency is the biggest problem.

Service was terrible. It was about 30min after we finished our meal before we finally decided to approach the counter to order dessert. We tried to flag down the waitress about 3 times unsuccessfully then she just sat down at another table to talk. No one even came to check if we needed any drinks or how the meal was going for atleast 45min despite it being relatively empty. And the pizza was very oily.

Unfortunately, my family decided against waiting in line for pancakes on the rocks on fathers day due to the half hour wait at the door, I was willing to wait because I love the breakfast menu they have but instead followed my family into Primo Mondo which only had a few tables with patrons. We were seated at ordered coffee while looking at the breakfast menu which I found pricey and kinda boring. I ordered the eggs chipotle sausages with mushrooms and sourdough.

My family and I ended up waiting over an hour and a half for our breakfasts to come. I was watching people start to walk into ribs amd rumps for lunch and really wished we could all get up and leave to eat there instead but when I got what I ordered which was 2 raw eggs on my plate, fried underneath but clear and watery uncooked on top with a few small fried sausages and boring unseasonned mushrooms (yes no tables had any salt or pepper on the tables?!) and thick sourdough with packet butter tough enough to break a tooth.

Well I sent the eggs back and waited 15 minutes to get my replacement. If only I trusted my gut instinct and stayed in line at pancakes I would've got my favourite scrambled eggs bacon pancakes mmm. So Primo Mondo was pretty lousy overall and I won't be back

I visited this restaurant for a friends birthday. The service was terrible.
One of our guests had to wait and hour and a half for his drink. They didn't have the tonic water to go in the gin, but sadly the staff didn't think to inform the customer of this and we had to ask several times.

We took BYO wine and waited about half an hour before we were provided with any glasses (note, they ran out of wine glasses so we had to drink wine from beakers...). We asked for water for the table on arrival and this didn't arrive until 2 hrs later, with the food.

Food was ok, or at least it tasted good, because we were so hungry. We asked for ice buckets for our wine, and again had to wait around 40 minutes before we got them. For all of these things we had to ask the waiters/ waitresses repeatedly. Would not recommend for large groups!

The pizza and gelato are nice. I had the mustard chicken and it looked and tasted like they need to hire a more experienced kitchen staff. I really could have made it at home.

Great Italian restaurant in Campbelltown, thoroughly enjoyed our meals and finished with some of the best gelato around.

My bf and I ate here last night and found it to be quite a nice place for the area. It was busy so the service was lacking but the food made up for it. The pizzas are quite expensive but ours was really nice so we were more than happy to pay. The gelatos were just so good! We will definitely return but on a quieter night.

We actually suggested to our daughter that she should apply for a job there, because her happy demeanour would allow her to shine in customer service. The pizza was Ok, but not anything that can't be found in any number of restaurants of this type. The spaghetti gamberi lacked flavour. The younger members enjoyed the desserts, but that will not be enough to bring us back.

Ate here last night and the pizza and coffee were great but the pasta was such a let down, the ham in the boscaiola was that processed pressed meat, not real ham or bacon. Toilets are now locked too so you have to hope no one has the key when you need to go. Service is great, really nice staff.
