Good menu, small but varied and everything is yummy especially the herb/garlic pizza which is very tasty and crisp! The waiters are all local people and we usually know them somehow as were locals, which is nice! They are helpful and friendly.
The atmosphere is great, like nothing in the hills area (which is very limited). Yes, takeaway is a lot cheaper and I recommend picking up yourself! Great restaurant go there most weeks and even tonight!
Very ordinary pizzas from a very ordinary place. "gourmet" pizzas were nothing but very oily pizzas with slight different toppings. If this is the best pizza in the Hills then the bar has been set very low.
We regularly eat here as we live in Beecroft and have found that it is consistently good and that the pizza is of a high standard. I have found that the service is not always the best but overall I think it's a great restaurant.
1. Food Hygiene - The chef keeps eating and nibbling on the topping while he makes pizza. This is not hygienic. The waitress was blowing her nose behind the counter while handling food.
2. Overprice - Spaghetti Bolognese for $20/serve and nothing special about it. The price difference between take-away and dine in is massive. Eg. Standard pasta on take-away is $13 while for dine in is $20.
3. Service - Polite but forgetful and unorganised. There were too many mistakes for such a small restaurant with a limited menu.
The best pizza in the suburbs! Nowhere else will you get this quality of ingredients on a pizza, freshly prepared and of the highest grade. Yes comparatively expensive but by far and away the better value. Traditionaly thin crusts, compliment the top class toppings. A winner!
