It was a single visit and they seemed nice but not all the same friendly when I was using a voucher. Seems like they put out the offer for a good deal but then wasn't prepared for the response (served me a single orange juice instead of the 2 advertised; why?). Its right across from the station and they did an alright breakfast.

Delicious, fresh & wholesome food, we arrived in the pouring rain, was a little crowded inside so we chose to sit outside, we had the big bacon & egg brekkie with freshly squeezed orange juice & perfect coffee with a side of Haloumi fresh n tasty! Served by pleasant staff. Square plates with round tables where a little awkward maybe better the other way round or with square tables to match plates. Otherwise a very pleasant experience apart from the planes overhead but cant do much about that. P.S. Love the quaint little shop front.

While the food and coffee are fair, the service at Platform 7 is woeful: on two occasions (the second my last) I've encountered the snooty barista type who feels she is doing you a favour making a coffee. Mystery weekend surcharges (50c per coffee) are another mark against this cafe, which should focus on customer service if it wants to succeed in a competitive market.

What a wonderful find. Tucked away near Sydenham Station this little cafe has some great food. The menu isn't extensive but what it does, it does well. The coffee is great, a little bitter but hit the spot and the girl who served us was so lovely. Will be back.

Great cafe! you don't often find such little quality gems as this, so close to train stations etc, that can provide delicious gourmet meals served with a smile (and a classy, tasteful surrounding too), would definitely recommend the coffee to anyone too!
