Food: The pho was Ok.

Ambience: The atmosphere is pretty dark. Very plain furniture. Sometimes quite loud.

Service: Rude waiters. Did not greet us or say anything. Signalled and waited 15 minutes to have our order taken and it was not even busy at the time.

Value: More expensive than most Vietnamese restaurants. Expect to pay at least $12-15 per main/side dish.

Food at the restaurant near Parramatta station is ok, there are better restaurants at Bankstown/Cabramatta. Food is much pricier than general Bankstown restaurants, guessing due to higher rents. I can get bun bo hue at Bankstown for $8 and it is really good.

Service is not good, especially on a busy day (waited 10 min before our order was taken). I only come here as it is my local Vietnamese restaurant. But if I want better cheaper Viet food, go elsewhere.

Ok, but not as good as Pho Pasteur in Bankstown. The $11.50 cost of a special pho with all the trimmings (tendon, guts etc) was more expensive than Bankstown. Yet the pho at the Bankstown shop was 25% bigger again and costs a dollar less. Also, the chilli (slices) on offer at Parramatta are not as hot as the searingly hot chilli available at Bankstown.

Oh my God. First of all, I'd just like to say that the service was Awful. When I went, it wasn't busy at all. In fact, it was only me and my friend who was eating at the time. The waiter literally threw the menus down at us and he gave us about 4 sets of menus and they're all the same thing. After about 5 minutes, the waiter came back to our table and stood there irritatedly for some reason. I said that we haven't decided on what to order yet. He left off in a huff. (What on Earth?)

The food was pretty good and although at first look, I thought the serving was a bit small, I found that I was actually feeling a bit full already halfway through the meal.

What I also noticed was that the waiter kept taking all the sauces from our table (as he was refilling the whole stock because the place wasn't busy). I found this a bit rude because he didn't even asked us if we're going to use the sauces. He just took them. Even though we weren't initially using them when he took it, for all he knew, we could have used some after he took them.

At least the man at the cash register was a nice one when we paid.

I went to this place 2 weeks ago and thought that the pho froth was too oily. It wasn't busy, but everyone said to try it cause there are a few of these stores around. The pho is quite average. Service was ok. Won't be back in anytime soon.

Don't come here for the ambience, but definitely worth it for some great pho at great prices. Their broth is really delicious and better than a lot of others I've had.

Ate here last Saturday and had beef pho, curry chicken, prawn rolls and a few other things. Food was excellent. Better than we normally have at Cabramatta!
