This place have just recently renovated and it looks amazing and feels very warm. Overall the food here is great, good service with friendly and responsive staff. I love the beef noodle here, the soup is not heavy on seasoning smell and the beef is thin and fresh. Other dishes I would recommend are stir-fried beef cubes with pasta, special rice (charcoal pork with eggs, shredded pork and meat cake), fried spring rolls with charcoal pork and vermicelli.

Out of all the pho I have tried in Vietnamese restaurants, ranging from ones in City to Bankstown to Cabramatta, Pho Minh is definitely the best. They are not stingy on the meat like a few of the places I've been, and the broth is just simply great. The service is also amazing with staff that is always friendly.

Cheap and nice food and the food came out fast. Had the spring rolls, they are small size and skinny but it tasted good. My pork chop rice was what you expect it to be.

This place has the best Pork Chop Special rice. It is always delicious and it is great value, you can grab a meal with drinks for 2 for $20.

Like other noodle eateries in Cabramatta, Pho Minh serves them fast and fresh.
Service was friendly, and the noodle soups we had were fair. The Tai bo rien (beef noodle soup) was delicious with the only fault being that quite a few of the fine beef slices had stuck together during preparation.

The other noodle dish we sampled was rather unusual, crab with charcoal prawn and special noodle soup, which wasn't quite as satisfying, we were left wishing for more crab and prawns. The noodles were thick fat noodles, resembling udon but made of rice, and the starchy broth was interestingly thick though lacking in character.

To sum, the noodles are decent and present good value but are not quite as accomplished as some of the other nearby noodle shops in the area.
