My friends and I ordered the set lunch special which came with chicken and a hamburger pattie on a hotplate as well as a bowl of rice, miso soup and salad. It was served with a pair of chopsticks and spoon. I was the last of my friends to be served and noticed that they had difficulty getting the waitress's attention to get a pair of for and knife. As I wanted to cut up the large piece of chicken and hamburger, I walked up to the counter and helped myself to the cutlery placed there.

A moustached man (whom I believe to be the senior staff) shouted at me saying "Why are you taking that! What did you order!" I pointed at my meal. He then said "you should wait for the waitress to serve you!" Being rather irritated at being shouted at, I asked if I should put the cutlery already in my hand, back into the tray. He replied "Yes". I can't believe how terrible the service was! For a newly opened restaurant, they should definitely pay more attention to the service.

Although the food was quite nice, the atrocious service will keep me from going back there.

I loved this place, the area is clean, well lit. The food is delicious and the staff are very polite and each day, they have a special theme for discount. lyk 10% off for couples, ladies etc. it is very different from other things I have eaten.

The food taste great but the portion is not enough for most guys. They should include soups in the set menu.

It is a new place in the city which offers a type of food. The concept is very new in Sydney and it should get accepted by everyone. All their food are served on a hot plate and the meats are rare when it leaves the kitchen. By the time it gets to your table, the meats will be just cooked. As soon as it gets on your table, you have to mix it up quickly and let the favour to be melt in your rice. I recommened it for lunch and casual dinner. Please do not do takeway as it destorys the concept.
