I've only had takeaway but the pizza wasn't bad and there are many specials which make it a cheap eat. Its only a takeaway place and the pizza did take a while to be ready.

If ever you are looking for a cheap pizza in the area this is the place to go. Not only are they cheaper than Domino's or anyone else I know of the pizzas are far better as well. The service staff are sometimes a little slow but the guys that cook the pizzas really seem to know what they are doing and are easy to deal with. I have always gone with pickup so don't know what delivery is like.

The brochure delivered to our house has the following prices for the items we ordered: $6.95 per pizza (we ordered two) and $9.95 for ribs. I rang up and wanted delivery. He told me it was $23.90 for two pizzas delivered, the other price is for pick-up. I said OK. I also wanted ribs. He said they were $11.95 delivered, the other price was for pick-up. I said fine, I'll order two pizzas and the ribs, total $35.85.

The guy told me this figure on the phone. When delivery came, the driver charged me $44.90. As the driver sped off and I was getting our dinner ready on the table, it occurred to me that I paid too much! Fair enough, I should have been more on the ball and realised before I paid.

I rang Pedro's and spoke to a young girl who insisted $44.90 was the correct price, adding "well, ribs cost more". She then put me on to the guy I ordered from. His story changed, he said that $11.95 for the ribs is for pickup only and that delivery of ribs costs $19.95. I told him I thought that was a bit steep. He said he thought I was asking about the pick-up price!!

Now this is even despite the fact they were coming here with the pizzas anyway and I had actually ordered the damn ribs!! I pointed this out and told him it was obvious the ribs were for delivery!!?! I mean, what am I going to do?......have the pizzas delivered but drive over there to get the ribs?? Come on......

He didn't want to admit he might have made a mistake in quoting me the price, but he confirmed the price of $23.90 for the two pizzas delivered. Now let's do some simple maths: $23.90 + $19.95 = $43.85. So where did $44.90 come from anyway? Both prices were apparently including delivery. He said there was nothing he could do. And he didn't seem too concerned either when I told him we wouldn't be ordering from there again.

Owner, if you read this, you should consider getting new staff. You've just lost everyone we know around the area and I won't hesitate explaining these facts.
Aside from the lies and errors, I asked for extra sauce on my pizza and it wasn't there. The size of the 'large' 12" pizza is enough to feed a 12-month old. My husband's pizza tasted dry. The crusts of both pizzas were overcooked. The ribs didn't even come with anything else like potato or corn (I thought this was normally a customary accompaniment with ribs!)

Needless to say, we're not happy. 1/10 on all counts. Food wasn't all that great. Service........ what service? They can't admit they've made a mistake. And value, well that obviously isn't there, not to mention the fact they can't do simple maths.
Disappointed, disgusted and the brochure is in the bin.
