Welcome to Pau Brasil Churrascaria!
An authentic Brazilian steakhouse. Here you will be treated to an authentic Brazilian barbeque experience called “Rodizio de Churrasco”; which translates to “continuous service”.

At Pau Brasil Churrascaria you're treated to authentic Brazilian food, an inviting atmosphere, and outstanding service. We provide live Entertainment after dinner on weekends.

History

The story of our Gauchos and our country is as robust as the meal you will enjoy at Pau Brasil.
In the early 1800’s, European immigrants settled in the Rio Grande do Sul area of Brasil. These Brazilian settlers were excellent horseman, so they quickly became adept at raising and herding cattle. The settlers, our ancestors, became known as Gauchos. A unique type of cooking, inspired by the Gauchos, was called churrasco (shoo.rhas.co). After digging pits in the ground, the Gauchos would start a fire using the wood from the rangelands of the Pampas. Once the fire turned to golden embers, large portions of prime meats were skewered and slowly roasted to perfection over the fire pits.

Excellent service although it was very quiet for a friday night. From what they told us Saturday is the big night with entertainment and atmosphere. It seems very dated inside and could do with a bit of an update.

The food was pretty good, contantly bringing out good quality cuts of meat as well as adequate sides. Only reall dissapointmant was proabably the lame desserts.

At $50 all you can eat it was pretty good value and we made the most of it. The real standout here was the friendly service to go with the decent food.

Went here on a couple of times now and the food is beautiful. Meat is cooked to perfection with good quality cuts. They don't try and fill you up with cheap cuts of meat like I've had at other Brazilian BBQs. The service is great, very friendly and efficient. I have tried a couple of other Brazilian BBQ in the Parramatta region and they just don't compare. Definitely worth the money and trip.

We went there for my mates birthday party on a saturday nite, absolutely amazing food the skewers, buffet and the best dessert, my background is greek so I have a taste about food and I was blown away. The service was great cocktails great and a fun and energetic show, I hope they fix up the decor a little more.

What you have here is a lovely menu, great staff and great entertrainment. The shame of it is, the furnishings etc make the feel of the place a little warhousey... for lack of a better word. When we walked in (9 people) I was shocked at the set up. A little investment in the decor would go a long way.

I wouldn't go there for a meal with the hubby or anything like that for that reason alone. Food - Amazing . Service - Wonderful. Value for Money - Reasonable. Ambience - Lacking.

We went to Pau Brasil on Saturday for dinner. One word to describe my first Brazilian dining experience = Amazing! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Always made sure we had drinks and the food was never ending. There was a lot of variety in the food and the sides buffet was just fantastic! The meats were all great and the cinnamon pineapple was a great finisher.

The after dinner entertainment was like nothing I've ever seen before. The drummers and dancers were just fantastic and the place was full of energy. The DJ and dancefloor was a lot of fun. All in all, a brilliant night with great food, awesome sangria and fun entertainment. I'll definitely be back again when visiting Sydney. Canberra could do with a restaurant like Pau Brasil!

We came to try out the restaurant to see if my sister should have her 18th here. The food was delicious, the staff incredibly friendly and the after dinner entertainment was a real party. Safe to say we will definitely be back!

Fantastic night out. Never ending selection of bbq meats that have something for everyone. I really enjoyed the fish and salad bar that you can just help yourself to whatever you like. The show gets everyone clapping. The best dancers got a bottle of wine. Nothing bad to say at all.

The food was not good in compare to many Churrascarias I've been in Australia and other countries specially in Brazil. My husband is Brazilian and he was very disappointed with our night out celebration. The food did not taste good, was cold, we waited long for our drinks to come out after a long waiting, the show, well, I think only the boys were Brazilian. This one girl dancing, was for sure Ozzy (white w/blue eyes) and could not dance, even my 5 years old little girl can dance better than that. Big no!

The food was excellent the service was warm and friendly. There was heaps to eat different things to try. The waiters were very eager to please and assist you with your choices. My husband and I were very impressed first time we ate at a brazilian resturant. Excellent night. We ate so much but felt really good afterwrds the food was fresh and cooked to prefection so worth it. Its a must try.

I invited some friends to try this restaurant. Have been in other Brazilian churrasco before, but this one does not worth the visit.

Not enough food! I feel like I was served a sample of each meat. And don't waste time asking for more, it won't come. Some dishes were dry or other overcooked.

The service was nice, pretty much responsible for not complete ruining the whole event. Current rate at 7.8 is clearly over-rated for me.
