Regulars to Sydney’s PALMS ON OXFORD know they get a great night out, with the no attitude atmosphere created with the daggiest music that puts you in the party mood.

The staff at PALMS enjoy seeing smiling faces and the constant amount of Sydney Locals, Interstate and International visitors, and the always not so regular dance moves pulled off by people having a great night out with friends and family.

We thank you, the community for supporting us over the last eight years. Without your support, Palms wouldn’t be the place it is today.

The music consists of no set genre or pattern, So long as you know the words to the Hits being played the crowd stays for hours on end with the variety of today’s music and of course the classics that no other club in Sydney dares to play without having some Promotion to advertise a Retro night, That’s why Palms On Oxford is unique to Sydney and the Gay Scene 'cos the old favourites are played EVERY night were open.

    The queues every Friday and Saturday don't lie. You can avoid them if you get there by about 10.30 pm. Got to be the best value with no cover charge and drinks priced the same as The Shift and not danceclub prices. Mixed ages and if you have a female handbag friend she isn't gonna get thrown out or abused like some other places. I compare Palms to a New York or San Francisco neighbourhood style bar but with a dancefloor, long overdue in Sydney and something different from the standard pubs and danceclubs, thats why people like it and feel comfortable there.

    Drinks are too expensive and over priced. Its quite daggy and cannot be compared to places like Arq or Slide, It is somewhere my friends and I have to drop past every now and then just to see if its as tacky as it was the last time. Overall a must check out place no doubt not a place to hang out, if you are regular you are either old, ugly or not completely normal, with that said a 10/10 for a fun night there though as a one off.
