Reasonable Chinese cuisine. The menu has expanded to such a stage that there are 50+ Chinese dish choices in the 'banquet menu' alone. So plenty to choose from!

As a family been going there for over 30 years. Food and service always great, eat in or take away. Tony even goes out of his way to deliver to us which is suburbs away. Chef does special dishes by request. Although decor is dated the food and service makes up for it, very traditional old fashioned Chinese Restaurant. PS have ate at numerous chinese restaurants in Hurstville and wondered was I eating rats or cats.

I have been eating here for years. I have always found it to be great everytime, the staff (which are family) are always so friendly and make you feel welcome. I would recommend to anyone and so would my husband who is actually chinese so he know's more than us if its traditional or not and me being aussie (as can be) also love this restaurant. Service is quick also.

While the menu is standard old style Chinese cuisine the meals are delicious and always fresh tasting. The décor could do with updating, and the menu could have a few newer items placed upon it, but the meals which are on the menu are done very well. The service is always friendly and quick.

This restaurant is probably the oldest surviving in Padstow, and it shows. Firstly, the food is quintessential 'dumbed-down' suburban aussie-chinese. But it is done very well here, there can be no complaints about quality and prep, which is very good to excellent. The chef also prepares some more 'authentic dishes' such as san choi bao, which are very, very good.

The real negative is that the restaurant inc. menu has not moved on from serving the previous generation. Times have changed and Padstow has a growing foodie culture with some other quality restaurants now in the suburb, and authentic chinese nearby in Hurstville. The owners should better utilise their obviously talented chef, revamp both the menu and decor and focus on more authentic chinese cuisine rather than curried prawns and rice.

My family and I used to always go to this place when I was a kid, loved it. But now with everyone becoming health-conscious...I don't know if this place is very healthy at all. Don't get me wrong, the food tastes delicious. Just don't know if it's worth it now that my metabolism has slowed up.

You would not believed who I saw three months ago, our hero "Ian Thorpe". It's true, this is his favourite restaurant. The food is nice there, very friendly based local restaurant. The boss Tony always look after his customers, always smiling. Best dishes is Sizzling X.O. King Prawns and Crispy chicken fillet in Special Sauce...highly recommended!

I have to say the food here is amazing... I'm a big fan!! And Tony who is so friendly never forgets his customers.. and for that, in this country is wonderful. I seriously would never eat Chinese from anywhere else.
