Don't get the ribs! My wife and I tried the ribs (pork, beef and lamb), they were very disappointing, dry and flavourless.

Definitely not worth $40 per plate at this price, I would expect it to be up to Tony Roma's standard. When I spoke to the senior staff, she said would a bit of extra sauce make it better - wrong answer. Not planning on returning anytime soon.

Enjoyed a great meal here with my family for dinner. The service is very friendly and prompt, our waitress consistently checked to make sure we were Ok and no requests were too much.

The portions are Huge and it's nice to see a meal that comes complete (i.e. not having to pay $8 - $12 extra each for vegetables and chips). The chicken wings were especially tasty and the marinade was very spicy. The Neptune Steak was great, came with grilled prawns, avocado, a huge steak, large portion of chips and salad. The apple pie and strawberry cheesecake were also delicious.

The place gets very busy and looks like a lot of people come here to celebrate. They encourage people to advise of special occasions and we saw staff sing happy birthday and bring a complimentary dessert to one diner.

Overall: Good value, quality food and friendly service.

Had lunch with a couple of old friends a few weeks back. They go there quite often and like it, so we tagged along, expecting it to be like those other steakhouses, but their menu was quite varied and had a lot to offer a pesky vegetarian like myself.
I had brushetta and onion rings for starters, followed by nachos, which was OK. Hubby had prawns and calamari dishes, which were OK too. A beef burger and bangers with mash were order by our dining companions. Decent enough food, decent serves and OK prices, and service was pleasant.

I've been here for lunch, once trying the camel burger which was Great, the other time the lunch time chicken schnitzel which wasn't bad but my portion of chips wasn't much.

Ambience wise its matches places like Chilli's and Hog's breath. There is a refrigerated wine area also. Service wise its on and off, I think there is a lack of staff, the wait staff is polite but the food does take some time to come out and I've been there once waiting 5 minutes at the front with no staff in sight.

Value, its what you expect to pay in these places, so for myself its a bit expensive. Will probably come back and try something else.

We had no problems with this place. We chose our own steaks from a selection in a refrigerated window at the kitchen. The service was outstanding. 5 stars to Renay who was extremely pleasant and helpful. It was nice and quiet, not noisy. We love that in a restaurant. We will be back.

There was alot of customers around, however, the service was so slow, and food did not arrive after 1 hour wait, we left the restaurant to eat somewhere else.
