The problem with this place is when the owner is in a chatty mood, it is pleasant, if he feels that you don't deserve attention he ignores you. It is very expensive and try mentioning that to him, but stand back! I have been told the toilets are free to use.

I don't mind it, but my friends won't meet me there anymore so we go across the road to Willoughby Gourmet where the service is friendly, the coffee is great and they are fast!

My daughter and I went to this cafe for breakfast this morning. I hadnt tried it for over a year and thought it would be worth giving it another go. We were the only people in the cafe and ordered breakfast at 9.15 am. It arrived at 9.55 am giving us 5 minutes to eat it before we had to head to work. The quality of the food was good but it was overpriced and the service was begrudging. I won't be going back.

I love this place but only for the food and the atmosphere. Wonderfully nourishing and a friend says its like being in Tassie, but I wouldn't know. The only thing is that the owners are clearly not happy doing what they do any more. The warmth does not extend from the food to the service. But I keep going even if they are a little rude.

I just had a fantastic meal here. It was tasty, very fresh & generous ! Ambience homely, coffee great & the lemon cheese cake to die for.

Live locally and been here lots. Food is fresh, delicious and organic. I especially enjoy the tuna wrap, fresh fruit whips and lemon tart. The prices are a little expensive, but I guess organic food is expensive! Owners are quite friendly and efficient.

Bought a coffee and a bacon and egg roll which were reasonable. However I ordered an extra egg and barbecue sauce which added $3.50 to the bill. When I asked about the price the owner said quite abruptly that it was due to the eggs being organic, that's why he charged that much. I felt it was a bit rich as I was already happy to pay$8.50 for a bacon and egg roll and $4.50 for the coffee. He then said that if I wanted cheaper to go and buy from across the road. When I asked to use the toilet he said it was "free" a smart and unnecessary comment. This guy has no idea about customer service.

I love this cafe. I have only been here a handful of times but each time I am immeasurably impressed. The wraps are SO yummy and the cakes are delightful and the coffee is made to perfection. I just wish there was on in the Eastern Suburbs where I live and that it was open for Sunday brekkie.

I am a local who loves this little cafe. The owners are delightful, the food reliably great as is the coffee. In addition to the food I also love its timeless eclectic style, the interesting magazines and that I always feel relaxed when I leave.

I really can't fault this place, very grateful to the friend who first took me there. They are open for breakfast and lunch Monday to Saturday, closing at 5pm. Very nice people and the food is always fresh and tastes great. I've eaten there over 20 times now. They do cakes and snacks as well as more substantial meals. They use organic as much as possible.
