    You're in a shopping centre and this place is in the centre, next to a fruit shop and Coles. So this is not a romantic place to take a date. There are only a few seats/tables there. The bins were full of empty containers so people are obviously eating here.

    The food itself was ok, the fish I had was too soft but and some nice spices on it, the squid and octopus could have been cooked a little longer and the prawns were nice. Plenty of chips in the mixed grill.

    Service wise, the guy looked like he didn't want to be there but the food came out at a reasonably time. Value: I feel its a little cheaper than other seafood takeaway places, as I mentioned, lots of chips!

    If you don't want to spend money on a fancy cafe at Birkenhead point, this is the place to go.
