Love it at Nunzio's. Great food, friendly service. Their Gamberi alla crema is to die for! Have been going there for over a year and always enjoyed the experience.

We have been to their other restaurant at Stanhope several times and always had great experiences. Quakers Hill on the other hand was the complete opposite.
Appalling service from very rude waitresses.

Only 4 small tables occupied and 3 wait staff and we were still seated for 20 mins before anyone brought us a menu. After a further 10 minutes, I had to stand and go to a waitress and ask her to take our orders. 45 minutes later our food arrived (even though our drinks Still had not). My pasta was stone cold, almost refrigerated. Again I had to approach the wait staff as they were too busy chatting in the corner.

One waitress very aggressively started making excuses as to why the service and food were sub par (staff called in sick etc) but never once offered to replace the meals or comp them from the bill. The meal was inedible and the service dreadful. I would sooner eat leftover pizza from a garbage bin than ever give any more of my money to these rude, aggressive people.

I ordered a delivery of pizza and pasta for $45 I received a "large" pizza (only about 25 cm) that was on a purchased base. A spaghetti bolognaise (no taste) and a piece of rubber that was supposed to be garlic bread. Add that and the fact it arrive 25 minutes after they said it would arrive (being told 45 minutes) I was starving and was prepared to eat anything, I fed most of it to the dog. When I complained, there was no response, they didn't seem to care. I feel ripped off. Rate it 1/10.

We go here sometimes as a local eat out. Food is ok, not the most authentic Italian I have had. I don’t like their pizzas at all, very unItalian. Surprisingly their pastas are quite good and so are their mains. Service is great, you are always greeted with a smile and staff are quick to deliver drinks. Quite expensive for a local Italian eatery.

I have been to this resturant a few times and the meals have been ok but last night most of the meal the table of 9 had were a little below par I had a seafood platter for one chips were soggy the octopus was over cooked the serving I had was smaller than the last few visits desserts were very nice and the service was quick there was as many staff as diners and the staff seemed to be waiting for something to do.
