Not the greatest of service, in fact bad service. Food mediocre, very ordinary menu. Seating.. ho hum, coffee not too bad, would I visit there again, only if I could not get in anywhere else.

After waiting 20 minutes from order to delivery, I found a hair in my first bite of food. When I brought it to the waitresses attention, she asked if I was okay to eat around it, which I of course refused and then had to wait a further 10 minutes for my replacement mean, hold the hair. When we went to pay, they still charged me full price for the meal.

Awful! I can't believe I keep giving this place a chance, no more! Went here on a Friday morning a few weeks ago for breakfast with a friend. I ordered a skim flat white, and the seasonal fruit and granola breakfast. Well, flat white was more like a mug of luke warm milk, and most definitely 'flat'. I requested Equal, however, staff forgot to bring it out and promptly came back with one thin sachet.

I assumed "fresh seasonal fruit with granola" wouldn't be too difficult to serve up, however, I assumed wrong. Fruit was by no means "Fresh", Words like sour, bitter and old come to mind. Melon was completely dried out and stringy! About a tablespoon of stale granola with a small cup of skim milk accompanied. I actually couldn't finish. Never knew you could stuff up fruit and muesli so tragically until now.

Waitresses seemed fairly aloof and preoccupied with each other, and seemed to glaze over when attending to customers. Only nice part was sitting outside. Never again.

Good, but not great! The food was nice, and the portions big. But it is more expensive than I thought it should have been. And there wasn't really any heart.

Both of us had the Barramundi which was delicious, perfectly cooked with just a nice amount of salad and chips.

I eat here fairly regularly and and surprised by some of these reviews. I find the service really friendly and the food is always fresh and tasty. You get what you expect, I don't reckon Nulla pretends to be some fancy place, just good cafe grub. The new bar reno looks great and i have always been a fan of the coffee. I will definitely keep coming back.

I ate here with a friend for lunch a few weeks ago as I have always walked past and never gone in as it always seems too busy. The place was very crowded and the staff were run off their feet trying to serve everyone. We were frustrated as it took a while to get served and we had other plans for the afternoon.

We ordered the lamb burgers and they were only just okay. The meat was a little undercooked (perhaps, because they were so busy) and they really were not that nice. The meat was a little on the tough side. This place certainly doesn't represent value for money as the burgers were certainly not cheap and I would definitely not return here in a hurry as Cronulla has many other places you can go and have a bite to eat.

After hearing this cafe was quite pleasing me and my boyfriend tried Nulla Nulla for the first time. The place itself was reasonably decorated and full of people, although I found the menu was quite boring and really plain, the food was overly priced for what it was.

The waitresses ignore you most the time while the stand around talking to local friends. I ordered a chicken parmigiana, which was really dry and had a tiny piece of ham and sauce placed on top of it. I couldn't see myself ever returning as there's much better dining places in cronulla which are much better value for money.

I say Nulla Nulla should look for new staff add some quality into the menu and re-think the prices, as your only going to loose all your local customers if you can't please with a simple meal.

This Cafe used to be my Favorite, but now it has become over priced, the service poor and food, well it depends when you go, it could be bad or dreadful or sometimes you walk out because it took too long. The food is inconsistent, never know what you will get. I personally think that they should shut this hole, and open a credited cafe/restaurant that cares about the quality of food, the service and whom they hire to service their customers.

We used to come for the cheesecake, the servings were generous, the cake was fresh and presented beautifully. I say "used to" because we will not be going back again ever. Our dim witted waitress was busy gazing off into the distance as she took our order, and consequently, got our order wrong. We had to remind her that we were ordering for three people when she finally brought only two sets of cutlery to the table, and then out came the coffee and tea (before the food had even arrived) minus one of the coffee's that had been ordered.

Still, we knew the service has been slack here for the last couple of years, so assumed that sooner or later the missing coffee would arrive, as has often been the case before when we have come to this cafe. Eventually the cheesecakes arrived to table, each one dry and stale in texture, and so thinly slivered that the cakes were fallen on the plates, along with accompanying melted no-name style ice cream, this place is beyond a joke.

Seriously, how much thinner can they cut the slices of cake! clearly the profit margin has fallen and they are trying to save a buck to make up for less patronage (probably due to the poor waitstaff and stale, miniscule cake servings)...ah, but they do advertise cheap rocket fuel, oops, cocktails...maybe thats what they're all about now, cheap drinks and forget about the quality of the food eh? oh, and the missing coffee? when it was mentioned to the fellow operating the till, there was no apology offered, and he even saw fit to not charge for it (well, that was the arrogant attitude he put out).
