Saturday nights puts too many tables in restaurant! Gets too packed, service goes right down, staff lose it, far too noisy, it's worse than going to the club.

We went for dinner tonight (a friday night). We found the restaurant to be very busy and very noisy. We ordered an entree of Saganaki to share which was quite good. For mains I ordered garlic prawns and my husband souvlaki. The meals were served and my husband tried to bite into his souvlaki but it was so tough he was unable.

The garlic prawns were nice but I did not think they were worth the $28. At no time during our meal did anyone come to check on us. When the waitress came to clear our plates she clearly didn't want to ask about the souvlaki still sitting on the plate but reluctantly did. We told her it was tough.

We asked for the bill which was brought to us with the souvlaki on it. When we went to the counter to pay the senior staff asked us how was everything? We again said the souvlaki was tough. She did not respond. We paid the bill and left. Will I return? Absolutely not! Poor poor customer service and overpriced average food. I will tell everyone I know not to eat at this place.

Food = Not good at all. The Greek salad with mainly lettuce and whole lot of dressing! With about 4 olives between the 2 of us. The calamari was to tuff to even eat and when we told the waitress, she asked us if we wanted it cooked more (o dear hehehehe) then she took it back to the kitchen who then said they couldn’t do it any better so eat it or don’t eat it! (Rude!)

The meat was served on a plate of cold chips! Not good at all. We ordered dessert which, on the menu, said it came with ice cream but it was served without ice cream and when we asked for the ice cream the waitress said “hmm no ice cream” and then just left!

We should have been told before ordering (just and fyi would have been nice) and at least apologised for not having it. (BTW it took well over 15 minutes to order it (as staff never came over) and then 15 minutes to get it cos they forgot to place the order).

Service = Whats that! This place had No service! When you’re paying well over $50 pp you expect that there would be some service right? During the night my husband had to get up more than twice just to get serviced and when speaking with waitress it was often “Yup” Yeah” or they had not much of an idea at all.

As you could imagine we don’t plan to go back and plan to tell friends not to go there. We never complain but this was so bad and we read others reviews before we went, Not happy!

Food, enjoyable (remembering meat is generally overcooked in Greek food). The snapper special is excellent and the small plates are delicious. Ambience - it's a great atmosphere with the best spot being outside under cover.

Service - let down by some inexperienced staff. We had a birthday dinner for 12 people there and had a great time, but there was a comedy of errors from staff. One person on our table was asked what they would like for mains and then the waitress wandered off. After a while we flagged someone down and got the rest of the orders in, reminding them that one order had already been taken.

You guessed it, the original order was delivered solo 20 minutes prior to the others. Then a waitress wandered up to the birthday girl and asked if she would like her birthday cake now. Problem with that was the lady's husband went to a great effort to bring the cake up earlier in the day to surprise her, well she was surprised I guess. We did have an enjoyable evening despite all of this.

Value - value is a bit hit and miss and the bill can add up quickly with the small dishes.

Finally, the change to no BYO Fridays and Saturdays means we won't be dining here again, which is dissappointing. Guys, it's not about the money, you just don't have anything on the wine list we would drink. You would be better to increase the corkage charge on the weekend. Anyway, it will be interesting to see how this change will impact overall patronage.

Went there for dinner on 13 April, which was my second time there. I had also been to the Earlwood Restaurant. Johnny has a little gem hidden away here. The food is fabulous, and the wait staff are great. I am going again soon, so will do another review then.

Went here a few weeks ago and it's so noisy as everyone is crammed in and service is chaotic. Food was quite tasty but I think over priced considering portion size etc. Have been told by friends the BBQ platters are great but didn't see or try it that night. Will I be back? Maybe but not in any rush.

I've been three times in the last year for dinner and quite like it there, however, do prefer to get a few traditional things to share vs a main. Love that its in sutherland so add some variety other than Thai to the suburb. Look forward to going back.

A very disappointing experience and quite expensive for what was served, food was burnt, expect Greek food to be a little charred and was cold, senior staff seemed more intent on pushing his high price seafood dish, will not recommend to my friends and colleagues, will not go back.
