Good service. Pretty nice food. But if there is air conditioning and its hot, you should turn it on. A little overpriced I think.

This cafe is worth a visit. We purchased a voucher for 2 people, which included 2 entrees & mains plus a bottle wine. There was plenty of food & it was delicious. Definitely not small serves. The owner was very friendly & the restaurant was very busy but the service was still good. We will definitely be going back.

My second visit to Nero for dinner and it was fantastic as expected. The food has been beautiful on both occasions and our waitress was attentive and friendly. Their coffee is also one of the best I've had! I'll be a regular.

As a coffee-addict, morning coffee is a must during breakfast. I went to Nero last week to try their coffee. Some friends said they make pretty good coffee. It turns out they are right. Nero served me a perfect cup of coffee. Their friendly staff told me that they used Adore coffee blend. It is a locally roasted blend. The depth flavor and richness makes me want to come back for more. I highly recommend this to coffee lovers live around Epping.

My friend and I dined at Nero last night, we enjoyed our meals. The pasta was cooked to perfection. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our table. Thank you Nero. We will be returning as we enjoy all the restaurants in Epping. There is universal taste for everyone in Epping.

Just back from dinner at Nero. I'm still fuming at the antipasto plate: two slices of soccerball ham, two slices of some sort of chicken loaf, two slices of what appeared to be supermarket salami, a tasteless salad, a scattering of olives, etc. The ingredients would have cost about $3 at the local Coles. It might have passed muster at a CWA-catered wedding in 1955, but at $21.50 is a complete rip-off.

I have only been to Nero's for dinner, so I can't comment on the breakfast or lunch service, but at dinner I have never been disappointed. The staff are incredibly friendly and the food is fantastic (if a little pricey sometimes). Being an Italian restaurant, pasta is what they do best, but I'm also a fan of their veal.

The menu has been developing and has one or two regularly updated chef's specials, usually something a bit unusual or different which is great to see, e.g. stuffed quail. We're lucky to have such a great restaurant locally.

Nero's is great. Friendly staff who call you by name and the food always tastes nice. The only thing is I wish was that they could make a take away coffee for you a bit quicker. I have sometimes waited twenty minutes for my coffee in the morning. Not good when you have to be at work at a certain time.

I went here with a good friend as our Chirstmas Dinner on Friday night. I tossed up between Nero and another Epping restaurant and decided on Nero based on the reviews here. What a mistake. It started with us being shoved in a corner beside the drinks cupboard (which was refigerated). My friend ordered a glass of Margaret River sparkling wine and was given a glass with a small bottle of sparkling wine which read Made in Germany.

She questioned this with a waitress who informed the senior staff who took nearly 15 minutes to ask the drinks waitress and then took another 10 minutes to get back to us saying that what was ordered was not cold and that they decided to serve this instead. My friend said that's okay but she wasn't going to pay more for it which of course happened on the bill, I also ordered two glasses of wine that were $7 each and the bill stated not $14 but $21, this all took almost 20 minutes to sort out along with the Entertainment voucher discount which, when produced the senior staff rolled his eyes at.

I ordered the Fettucine Prawns which came served with spaghetti not Fettucine, When questioned the waitress said they had run out of Fettucine so decided to serve it with Spaghetti. My friend ordered the chef's special Snapper. When it arrived it was a piece about 10 cms by 5 cms that was so overcooked it was dry, leathery and turned up all the way around and this was supposed to be good value for $29.

Be warned that the meals are served as is. No salad, veges, chips included which makes this an extremely expensive restaurant. To top it off there was a party in the upstairs area and the guests continually streamed in and out past all the other diners all night.

Overall a disappointing experience and one we certainly will not be repeating. The worst dinner we have had over the 15 years we have been friends.

I'm an Epping local and I love this place. I've been eating there for years, even when it was 'Oltremare'. They had a great makeover!

Louis the chef is amazing, he checked to see how everything was at my table and asked for feedback. I like that in a chef, takes pride in his food. The pasta is the best thing on the menu, being Italian of course, and the incredible flavours of the garlic prawns, yum! It's great for a cooked brekky, sitting out the front enjoying a coffee and the world passing by.

It can be noisy when it's full, but for me, that's part of the atmosphere! If you want quiet go during the week. Definitely going back! Great gelato.
