This place should be busier, its got great food and the owner is lovely. Great place to place order and pick-up or relax with kids for easy week night meal.

What a find this place is! If you're a curry lover try this subtle mix of hot, spicy and delicate. We haven't worked our way through the menu yet but are working on it. Lovely service by the nicest people. It has become a regular haunt of ours.

We consider Nepali Chulo to be one our best local restaurants. Have been there so many times now that I have lost count. The food is outstanding and the owners are very friendly. I would recommend a dish from their menu but they are all great... To complete the meal the Milk and Cardamon dumplings are a must.

We too used a Living Social voucher and had a lovely meal at Nepali Chulo. The cashew curry with chicken was to die for, one of the nicest curries I think I've ever had and the naan was delicious. Everything tasted home made and authentic. The service was excellent - really can't fault the place and will definitely be back.

We too had a LivingSocial voucher which we used here last Saturday night. Great selection, service and food was lovely. I recommend the traditional goat curry. Great hidden gem.

Went here on Saturday night with a living social voucher for 35 bucks we had 1 entree, 2 mains, 2 rice, naan bread, chutney, papadums and a bottle of wine, all the food was great, and will be back soon.

Thinking we were going to get cheap take away pizza. The next thing we knew we had drifted into Nepali Chulo after being enticed by their cheap specials on the board. Upon sitting down we were greeted by Anna who took pride in explaining all meals served are traditional Nepalese meals. The Chicken Momo (chicken dumplings) and Kathmandu Puri were great starters. We could have just gone for four entrees but we had to try a main as well. The main we had Khasi Ko Masu (Boneless Goat in rich tomato sauce, cumin, cinnamon and bay leaf) which was divine. Don’t know when we have ever tried goat, however the way it was cook it just fell off the bone. Delicious... Satisfied with our spontaneity of finding this awesome restaurant and about to pay we were treated with a surprise by Anna and were served a rice custard which was fresh, warm and gooey as it went down. Yum! Great food, fantastic hospitably and awesome price! We will be returning.

We have been here about 5 times now, this place is consistant. By accident they have probably the best fish & chips only found on the kids menu. The fish is in chick pea batter, I keep stealing my kids meals.

We've been back 4 times (but who's counting!). So nice to have a great restaurant close to home. Great food and fantastic service. I thoroughly recommend the carrot dessert. Traditional and tasty. This is a great little restaurant.

We have been looking forward to trying this restaurant and we were not disappointed. It was my first time trying Nepalese food and the owners were fantastic in providing their guidance. They even gave us some additional samples of other dishes to try over and above what we ordered! Must try's are the chicken momo, khursania ra kukhura (like a chicken stir fry with a good level of chilli), the Aloo Ko Achaar potato salad, the milk and cardoman dumplins and the Paratah flat bread. Between 2 of us we had 1 entree, 2 meat mains, paratah, a side and a raita + a $22 bottle of wine and the total bill was $73! Excellent value & wonderful husband & wife team - we'll be back.
