The most arrogant Italian eatery I have ever come across. Appalled at the service, food and coffee. Everything they did for us was they bent over backwards for, actually quite shocked as to the standard of this greasy place. Don't expect a smile or acknowledgement unless your friends with Don Juan at the door.

After hearing good reviews about this place, I was highly disappointed with the service I received. All the staff were rude and arrogant leaving us with a feeling they didn't care about us. The pizza was not bad but I wouldn't recommend, or go back there again.

Went for lunch last Saturday, had been a year earlier and not been that thrilled (and appalled at the price, especially for kids). Shouldn't have gone back.

The food was average, nothing wrong with it, but nothing special about it. But the stand out was the poor service. Our waiter was at best apathetic, at worst, rude. When asked if there was a kid's menu, he said "no". (Even "sorry, no" would have done....). Other waiters looked friendlier, but ours looked like he wished we'd stop bothering him. If the food was great, you'd put up with it but it's just average. Won't be back.

After recommendaton from friends, and a strong need for good pizza we went to Napoli In Bocca on a Friday night at 6.30. Service was woeful, and while I tried to catch a waiter's eye, I had to witness a waiter lunge his hand down the front of his trousers and adjust his lunch box. Disgusting...the Pizza Caprese was more like a Margharitta pizza but so tasteless...the worst I have had...a tastelss passata sauce with 5 dobs of boccincini..that was it.This place makes you feel you should be honoured they will serve you. WIll never return and actually fed up with italian restaurants thinking they are serving up something special in their food. We have a pizza oven outside & make our own pizzas - it is not rocket science to get some flavour.

Disappointing Saturday night tonight. There was 20 of us, dinner booked for 5.30 for my sisters birthday. Night started bad by having no kids menu, pasta for kids would be $13 for a child!? Garlic pizza to start with came out slow, but was nice. Kids were starving waiting for their food.

Main meals slow to be served, then before dessert we started getting the words, we needed to move along cause someone had booked our table for 7.30. Risotto and calzone pizza was nice, prawn pizza had just one prawn per slice and some slices had no prawns! Other pizzas were average and olives were cheap ones like Pizza Hut or Dominoes uses! We were pushed out by the end after a heated discussion with waiter or senior staff.

My brother in law was disappointed with the treatment and said we would not be returning, to which the waiter replied, glad because we don't want you to return. They need to learn how to treat customers and realize how much a bad review can do to a business!

Basically their food is very nice but staff can't handle it. I had to wait nearly 30 minutes after we were ready to order. Then had to ask about 3 times for the bill at the end of the night (which came back $15 short).

Never again. Motor bikes were pulling up constantly, making conversation. The waiter brought the wrong food, then proceeded to bring the main meals 15 minutes apart. Forgot pepper, Gave me warm pepsi when I asked for coke.

Don't waste your time, or money. I've had a better pizza at pizza hut.

Food was very good but waited 1 hour 30 for main course they could not keep up with a busy Saturday night. Tried to get a waiter but took me 20 minutes to do that and all she said was it was coming did not even check. Not till I said don't worry about it just give me the bill did she go check we're the food was. Once finished main Too scared to ask for dessert so left walked into restraint at 6pm walked out at 9pm long time for a quick dinner.

Fantastic place. Mussels are to die for and pizzas are delicious. Courteous staff and value for money. Excellent function menus also. Had several functions here and all good.

Napoli in Bocca is renowned for its nice Pizza. The service is lacking, however, the food is above average and reasonable value for money. On a busy day/night the owner refuses to put on additonal staff which leads to poor service and long delays when waiting for food, sometimes over 1 hour.

Its very loud on a busy day/night and you can hardly hear yourself think. This place is nowhere as good as it used to be, the quality of service and quality of food is declining. Amongst very competitive high quality reataurants nearby, this place doesn't stand a chance. Somewhere else has much nicer food.
