Had a great shabu shabu experience at this place, $35 all you can eat with a 2 hour time limit. Had a fantastic waitress who kept on bringing out side dishes and platters of beef and veg- finished up with green tea ice-cream! We went early and avoided the rush, so service was great and we left very satisfied!

Sashimi was frozen and the squid had not been cleaned. We had to leave without eating.

This bizarrely bland and sterile environment houses a strange all you can eat affair. The food is nice but the service impossible as the staff could not understand what a 'california' roll was, a bit disturbing for a Japanese restaurant!

The food was ok - quite a bit of variety but you need to be starving to come here for value. It's better to go as a group so you can motivate each other to try things. The two of us lost our appetite in the bland environment.

This is truly a different dining experience! In a canteen like setting, the grubby menus and the disposable chopsticks.... All you can eat has never been this fun! I thought it was a bargain, the food came in fast and furious and we ate like it was a race! Felt awkward to start with but then again if you place a time limit on eating and ordering, then thats the result! Fun but dont take your olds here!

We love the all you can eat delux Sukiyaki! Its so good for the price, and $10 extra for all you can drink. The service isnt tat great, sometimes food may take a while. They never seemed prepared for customers and the kitchen is right in front of you, so you can see the dirty plates. The waiters are just non-responsive but there is this one waitress who helped us heaps and ill definately go back coz of her!

Ok, the place isn't flash but the all you can eat/drink deal is pretty good if you get a group of the boys together. Obviously you won't come here for a hot date but I've always enjoyed it.

All you can eat (non-hot pot) for $35, $10 extra to add all you can drink which includes beers, soft drinks. However, there is a 2 hour limit to eat. If you exceed this they make you pay $10/30min which is ridiculous. Also service was terrible, they kept asking "are you sure you can finish this" everytime we kept ordering which is disgusting service and totally unacceptable. Never again.

This little restaurant offers pretty ordinary lunch but dinner is quite good. Nice little A la carte menu and dinner boxes. Generous serving and good value meal. We'll be back!

If you are worrying your time limit (90 or 60 minutes, I forgot) in your all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu, you are commiting one of the Seven Sins. It is a no view hole in a wall kind of place, but next to The Basement for the comfort of alternative food before the gigs.
Yeah, keep the Australian 'Kobe' beef coming ....

This noisy little restaurant is great for a quick lunch or dinner. The set lunch menus, nabeyaki udon and unagi don are consistently good.
