    I have frequent Myer Chatswood for quite a number of years since I moved to the North Shore. They have a great variety of brands but not as great as the City or Bondi Store. On my occasion, I went to Myer Chatswood for quick browse after my visit to my doctor. When I reached home, I realised that I have left my medical scans somewhere in Myers or one of the shops in Westfield. What a bummer!

    I rang Myer Chatwood to ask for their help to locate the scans. Their customer service was brilliant! The staff has helped me looked for the scans and has also informed all the staff on women’s floor on the matter. He kept updating me every 10 minutes or so on the progress and assuring me that if it was in Myer they should be able to locate it. I retraced my steps and remembered that I might have left it in another shop and finally found the scans. Thank you Myer for your great customer service!
