Low key friendly restaurant serving delicious Nepalese food with a smile. Highlights for me were the grilled eggplant, lamb curry and pistachio icecream. Very good value and only $1 per glass BYO. Bargain !

In a word, brilliant! We recently had a group of 12 (including a small child) for a birthday celebration and were provided our own private room upstairs. Not only were they accommodating to the little one but they also made sure we were OK at all times without being too overbearing. The banquet was the best option for a big group but was fantastic. I highly recommend the lamb. Despite the fact they were obviously closing up we were not 'pressured' at all to leave and the evening was a great success as a result.

Enjoyed a tasty Nepalese meal at Mustang, but what stood out was the exceptional service. It was a quiet weeknight, and my first visit, and I wasn't expecting anything special. Our waiter was prompt and polite and every delicious course and drink was served with impeccable timing. Thumbs up!

We started with vegetarian entrees which were varied, interesting and all delicious. The mains weren't huge proportions and not so interesting (seemed to be standard Indian dishes) however that could have been a result of our choices. The menu was extensive and service impeccable. Good value for money as well.

I celebrated my 60th birthday with friends here last Tuesday. We read the reviews at Eatability before deciding to order the banquet menu and a dish of Garlic Prawns. The banquet contains a wide variety of different textures and flavours.

One of our party is not fond of lamb dishes, but he actually raved about the lamb curry. The garlic prawns were quite sensational, the spicy sauce combining extremely well with the natural flavors. We were full when we left two hours later. The price was reasonable and the service completely adequate, but not over the top.

Yum, yum yum! My friend and I had the $25.90 banquet - so much food! The butter chicken and the mustang lamb were divine, and the range of flavours across the whole meal was great. Very reasonable prices, and BYO. Will definitely be back.

My daughter is off to Nepal to do volunteer work so what better place for a final family dinner than a Nepali restaurant - it was excellent. Food was great and very good value. They were very busy but you could not fault the service. We will definitely be going back when we are missing our daughter.

We chose to eat here on a Wednesday night. The banquet menu offered more than enough food for the two of us. The cuisine was excellent, with a broad range of flavours to enjoy. The service was good, but a little slow.

Food: One Word: Divine. It was an interesting twist on some traditional Indian food. We ordered the butter chicken, Mustan Lamb and Prawn Curry. The Chicken was tasty, nice big chunks of slow cooked chicken breast with lots of sauce. The Lamb was one of their signature dishes and very tasty, with a hint of spice and the lamb fell apart in your mouth. The prawn curry was creamy and the prawns weren't overcooked, still a little crunchy but infused with all the flavour of the sauce.

Ambience: There was an upstairs bit, whenever anyone walked up the stairs it was particularly loud, interruping conversation sometimes. Service: Very attentive even though they were super busy. Value: Excellent. 3 curries, rice and Roti for $17 per head (4 people dined). 15% discount on Take Away. I would go out of my way to order take away from this place (I don't live locally). A must try if you want Indian with a twist!

Thought the service was extremely friendly and attentive! Had the home-style chicken and the goat curry - both tasted fantastic and had a wonderful texture and aroma. The restaurant was practically empty on this late rainy Monday night, however we never felt rushed at all by the staff and had a very enjoyable night here. Highly recommended!
