We dined in Mustang two weeks ago and I loved it. The service is very friendly and the food is amazing. We had the Mustang banquet, almost everything tasted perfect. They serve big portions as well so you are sure to have a satisfying delicious meal. My dishes recommendations: Butter chicken and the potato cakes. Definitely will be back again.

First time I tried Nepalese food, and Mustang made it memorable. The service was very attentive, (not chef hat trained awkward) but very polite and made sure the water was filled, dishes were cleared, and meals came promptly.

Not knowing what to order, my partner and I chose the $29 banquet. Very good value for money and all dishes came out delicious, but we definitely would like to try the other dishes as well after feeling a bit of food envy looking around.

Will return and recommend.

The food at Mustang is divine. The dishes are full flavoured but very natural. The service is great and they are very good with dietary restrictions. I highly recommend this restaurant but it's wise to book as they are busy every night of the week.

Nepalese food is great and as Mustang does it really well! not feeling overly hungry, I ordered a mixed platter which had the best of it all, pakora, momo, lamb skewer, salad and aloo chop. All delicious! I also decided to have the paratha instead of rice which was nice because I was a bit nervous that the paratha was going to be oily, thankfully it wasn't. Good service, the staff are all very friendly and keen to chat with you. Great place for a nice sunday dinner!

Our visit was a chance find when a nearby restaurant had closed down. Was genuinely friendly, warm and helpful service. Food was outstanding, shared 4 mains between 4 of us and mopped up every bit, even though the portions were more than enough. Will definitely be back.

Went to Mustang this evening after reading the eatability reviews and the restaurant lived up to the comments.

The chicken chhwela for entree was very tasty with the prefect amount of spice and the mustang lamb for main was lovely and exceptionally tender. Garlic rotis were also notably good. Service was excellent. Would definitely go again.

I went here for the 3rd time last week. The last 2 times were in 2010. It really is an experience and the food is really different. The service is fast and friendly and you can get menu items explained easily. It is really great if you can get 4 people to go as you can get a bunch or dishes and all have a try. The Momos are the best.

Great place! Went with a group of girls and we were seated upstairs in a private room!

The food was all really good! It's like Indian but with a twist. I was pleasantly surprised, and really enjoyed it. We ordered the banquet to get a little taste of everything! absolutely loved the butter chicken and the lamb.

The dessert was very intriguing still not sure what it was but it was very light. Only problem was that when our bill arrived it was for another table and then the second time it had a few dishes that we didn't order. In the end we got it all sorted! And it was really great value!

Thought I should add a review as I am a massive fan of Mustang and a regular customer. We just ordered some takeaway (again), which was delicious as usual. Recommend you try the Chicken Momo, Lamb Cutlets and Butter Chicken. (I think this is one of the best butter chickens in Sydney).
