It was a really nice setting and brilliant views but it was not worth all the hype. The entree was nice but I felt sick after eating the snapper. The toilets were cool and it was so dark that you cannot see what you are eating. Overall, it was quite disappointing even though I had heard great reviews.

Our dining experience was less than perfect after being asked to move tables so a larger party of people could have a view of the beach. My friend and I were transported, along with our opened bottle of wine, our wine glasses, bread and cutlery, to a small cramped table between 2 large groups. This destroyed the relaxation and intimacy we were enjoying up to that moment. Things went downhill from there as our mains sat on the table while my friend waited on the only staff member able to access the register to get change for the parking meter. Surely chatting with other patrons could have waited until after the change was provided. The food, though cold, was good. However, it was not worth the lack of service we received and we won't be hurrying back.

Very disappointing. After some rave reviews we were expecting something special, however the food was at best plain (dessert was especially terrible) and the service was surly. Won't be going back, nor recommending to anyone. Shame because Bistro Lulu was so good.

Very ordinary food, and way overpriced for what it is. One dish with chermoula on the side does not make a North African menu. Trust me, I've been to a few countries there!

Perfect position looking at beach, my baked whole snapper was raw inside, very ordinary entrees of squid, very expensive for food that was in parts unedible.

Lovely food, disappointing service. Despite having our reservation checked by Moorish the day before, when we arrived (right on time) we were told "I'll have to see if I can find you a table". Polished concrete floors make it very noisy.

Moorish was a major let down for me. I booked for a special occasion and was really dissapointed. The service was dreadful, the menu was really bad and I couldn't get a table on the balcony even though I had booked 2 weeks prior and checked my booking the day before. Very bad experience all over... will never go again.

Lunch was ok but for dinner the menu is uninspiring. My husband had the beetroot and Chorizo entree which was basically just that. Big chunks of beetroot and slabs of Woolworth style sausage. I had the oysters which were fine, however it's hard to stuff them up I suppose. Mains consisted of whole snapper for him and spatchcock for me. The food was not necessarily bad, but for the price and the range of other quality restaurants in Sydney were definitely below par. Will not be going back and if you go always request an outside table because the view is really what your paying for.

Worth going to Moorish for the view alone. Service was prompt but our waiter was very unfriendly. Meal was tasty but not outstanding. 2 entrees + 2 mains + beverages = $150.
