I have been craving a good burger, so for lunch my husband and I went to Moo, service was friendly but we waited ages for our burgers to arrive which was a surprise as we were early for a lunch seating and the place wasn't that busy.

When the food did arrive, they were quickly devoured, my wagyu burger was flavorsome and the side of chips were. Ice and crispy on the outside and soft.
On the inside. My husband had the Big Moo which he also enjoyed but thought the onion rings were just average. We gave a shakes a miss this time as the burgers and sides were enough. With the entertainment voucher it made the meal price definitely more reasonable.

Walked by Moo Coogee after a day at the beach. The manager was so nice, and took our picture (it was my friend’s birthday) to put up on their Facebook. We had a bunch of shakes that were really good and our burgers were massive. This is a great local spot for a fun meal where everyone can find something they like.

Pretty so so. Has a captured market position, given the human traffic wandering up and down Coogee Bay Road. Doesn't work overly hard to raise the food to above ok. Factor in the price and it is not really good value. Burgers are large but the pattie itself lacked depth of flavour (we both ordered the big moo! I wouldn't rush back. Music was too loud too!

In the last five years or so, Sydney seems to have had a love affair with the gourmet burger. I've no problem with that: a really well made burger, with quality ingredients can actually be relatively healthy. At the very least, it can be quite tasty.

Moo Burgers charges premium price for its gourmet offerings and for the most part they offer a very reasonable burger. The meat itself was of good quality and the bun was firm (not hard!). The condiments and salad on the burger were fairly sumptuous, but did not overpower the taste of the meat. The chips were very nice as well. The only real let down were the onion rings, which had the look and consistency of coming from the freezer (rather than being freshly made). If you're going to charge premium prices for every dish, then every dish should be up to scratch.

The service was about typical for most cafes. I came in just as the lunch crowd was starting to depart. The service was a bit slow until people started clearing out and then got very good once the crowd had largely disappeared. I think frankly they could have used a second server, even though the restaurant is not all that big.

One nice, small touch: in the back there is a bar in which you can sit and dine--a rarity in most restaurants in Sydney.

Taken in all, it wouldn't be a first point of destination, but still a reasonable enough place to eat.

The burgers were tasteless, burger bun was So hard, it was impossible to eat! Everything was falling out of the burger. Chips were tasteless. For That price, I am incredibly disappointed. The burgers would have tasted better somewhere else!

I first noticed this little restaurant when I strolled down Coogee Bay Road when the witty "MOO" caught my attention. It wasn't till my birthday that I decided to give MGB a try. My expectations were high as I am quite a gourmet burger aficionado. The MGB burgers are unique and well executed and presented in a warm sourdough bun. Though the salad was not up to my expectations given the slight excess of oil, this was far exceeded by the crisp, non-soggy fries, and as my theory goes, "A good burger with good fries is next to heaven."

Not a bad burger, but not worth the $14.50 price tag, another $9 for a 250 ml coke and small chips put the bill up to $23.50, way to pricey for what you get, way to much for an unforgettable quick snack.
