We arrived at 7.30pm (on time). Order not taken till 9pm, despite asking 2 servers twice each. Meals arrive at 10pm - no excuse for a Tuesday night. No second drinks ordered offered and when we wanted one, told to go down to the bar and ask there!

Huh... obviously not interested in making money over the largest profit margin product - Have a dedicated drinks waiter fools! Told at 10.30 if we wanted desserts/coffees anything else we had 5 minutes to order it as the kitchen was closing (as if they could manage anything like an order, let alone a another dish in that time frame) - We just wanted the bill, but that took till 11pm - a ninety minute event took 4 hours, we had barely anything resembling a real meal (ate at McD's on the way home).

Worse service we have ever had, one waitress to about 30 patrons, writes the order down then goes and spends 10 minutes doing data entry at a PC (10 feet from the kitchen), here's a idea buy a remote order terminal! Potential to do so much better... never eating there again.

The food is not bad and the ambience is lovely. A little bit overpriced but still ok if you think that the restaurant is in bondi.

I go to Mojo's fairly frequently and it is my favourite tapas in the Eastern Suburbs. The cutlets, garlic potatoes, cous cous balls and garlic prawns are my pick, as well as the Mojitos and the Sangria!

While the food is great, portions are small and are pretty pricey. They have also changed up their menu a bit, and it is still good but now you have to pay for bread. Chocolate empanades for dessert is a must!

Service is okay the people seem friendly enough. It is a little squishy, the tables are close together and it can get quite warm temperature wise. A good experience and I always look forward to my next visit.

Was expecting the worst after reading a few reviews here and was pleasantly surprised. Although they have a sign that says 'Delicious food takes time. Please be patient' we didn't have to be.

Went on a warm Wednesday night and it was only half full. The room was lively but not overly loud. The waiter was really friendly with good service. Food came out quickly and tasted as it should: garlicky prawns, yummy meatballs, tangy patatas bravas. Not outstanding but pretty good.

All really standard tapas and not too oily which is a problem in other places. We didn't go hungry either. There were 4 of us, we ordered 8 dishes and 2 bottles of wine, and the bill was $165. (The bill first came with a sangria on it that wasn't ours but they took it off with no probs.

    All in all, pretty happy.

Always a good night at Mojo's, although it has taken a bit of a dip in quality of late. Great Location, great Sangria and I Love the stuffed Mushrooms! Delicious!

We visited the cafe as a group recently. The food was suffice but nothing to write home about. We ordered around 12 dishes between the 4 of us.

One of the dishes we ordered was the chilli prawns but what came out before them was the Garlic Prawns. As they were put down in front of us we alerted the waitress that we ordered chilli prawns and not garlic. She placed the prawns on the table and said "I will go and see what we can do, they will be free" as you do we ate them.

When we asked for the bill, lo and behold the garlic prawns were on the bill. I called over Alice (lovely girl) and told her the mix up. She went over to our original waitress and told her of the problem. She then came over to the table and said "I never said they were for free, if you ate them then you have to pay for them". Astounded at her turn around we asked to speak to the senior staff.

He came over and in front of a full restaurant of people proceeded to say that we were lying about the waitress saying we could have the dish for free, and generally showing he was not senior staff material.

In the end in order to stop his act we said that is he felt that strongly that we did not order but ate the prawns, we would pay for them. Coming from the service industry, a small plate of prawns given away vs having an argument in front of not just the table but the restaurant, and alot of bad word behind it, I want to ask him and the restaurant owner whether it was all worth it?

I have been going to Mojos in Bondi for 6 years my friends and I always look forward to going there because we know the food is delicious! However, when I went there last week as soon as I walked in I knew something was different! The menus were different, the staff were different and I could feel something was not right, we ordered our usual haloumi, cous cous balls, potatoes, mushrooms, adobe chicken etc.. when the food started coming out I was Shocked the plates were smaller, the food was Halved for example we usually get 6 pieces of chicken instead there were 3 pieces.

The prices have not changed so basically you are getting less food for the same price, we had to order more food because we were still hungry what usually used to cost us $60 we ended up paying $120 for 2 people! Oh and you don't get free bread anymore, very very disappointed! what used to be my favourite restaurant has dropped to the bottom of my list, very sad, please go back to your orginal servings or you will lose your customers.

Mojo's used to be my favourite spanish tapas restaraunt for over 5 years. Last time I went in february the food was fantastic, hearty and satisfying and really good value. I went tonight, and unforetunately they have changed their menu. Food definitely was not as tasty as before, and serving sizes have diminished to about a half.

I ended up spending $70 there on food alone, squid tasted fishy, the sirloin steak was a bit cold, and polenta too buttery. It was the first time in many years that I had left the restaurant unsatisfied. Mojo's if you are reading this, please bring back your old menu and food quality, it was perfect as it was. Now you are just an overpriced disappointment.

Had a get together with some friends at Mojo's last night. The food was nice. Not the best tapas I have had but yummy. The service, however, was appalling.
At no point where we told that there are 2 seatings. We were all having a lovely time and the waiter came and asked us if we wanted more sangria. We said that we would. He put down the 1 litre carafe down on the table then told us we had 5 minutes to drink it as we had to leave.

We eventually worked out that we had to vacate our table (from an otherwise empty restaurant) to make way for the next lot of diners (who were no where to be seen), however, this was never explained to us. As to not guzzle the sangria we quickly sipped it, in that time he came back 3 times to tell us to leave the empty restaurant to make way for the next table.

1/2 way through our meal Earth Hour was on so we all ate in the dark, with some candles, however, we still couldn't see what we were eating. The whole process took a lot longer and the food went cold.

All the staff seemed besides one lady had bad attitudes and were rude at most interactions. At one point I got a told off and spoken to like a child for taking a napkin out of an open cupboard to dry my hands after going to the loo as I couldn't find one in the bathroom.

I live just around the corner and have been looking forward to eating at Mojo's for ages. The whole experience left a horrible taste in my mouth and I won't be returning. I suggest you don't bother, make the trip to Encasa on Pitt Street which is far superior.
