Food was absolutely delicious! However, the cost of each serve was quite expensive, and the minimum spending limit severely restricts people on a budget. Service was ok, except for the fact that most of the waiters could not communicate easily. There was no charisma to them. The ambience wasn't brilliant, nor was it a failure.

My friends and I enjoyed Mizuya but our main complaint is that the staff were extremely rude and unfriendly. We had never been there before and when we asked for help on how to set up the karaoke they were blunt and did not offer much help. We spent most of the time trying to set it up ourselves.

A friend and I dined here as a late night snack and were not disappointed; it was a little on the pricy side when considering portion size, but I enjoyed it nevertheless. Great variety and the fried dishes were delicious

Probably the best value karaoke + lunch combo around. You pay $20 for a meal + drinks of <$20 value and 2 hours of karaoke. Their songs are also extremely new, English and Chinese, so give it a go!

This is a great place to go with friends as with each table, you get your own private booth with a touch screen to order from (which I love!). The food is quite good, nothing mind-blowing but quite good and tasty. I tried their crocodile nuggets (I'm not sure of the exact name) which were interesting, taste like chicken? Also, their sashimi and sushi dishes were quite tasty. I would go here again as it has the right atmosphere for a gathering with a bunch of friends. The only downside is the long wait that usually preceeds.

Nice food (although I found the lunch menu to be a little on the greasy side). Dinner and Hotpot menu were really fun. Quite expensive though. I recommend buying drinks outside and bring them in. What's good is that it's open till late every night.

In short a nice place when you want to interact more with your company, but I wouldn't frequent there myself.

Went there for a friend's birthday and loved it. The touch screen ordering at tables meant there was no need to call a waiter to order which I found was excellent. Food came promptly so I didn't have to wait ages. Food itself was great although I did find the drinks a little pricey. Great place nonetheless.

I have been here a few times with friends. The atmosphere is very nice. The staff are very friendly but sometimes I couldn't understand them. English is not their first language. There is a touch screen to order food, so don't panic. I haven't attended the karaoke at this place. The food is okay. I find the meals a bit expensive, for the serving size. But I love their Gemini drink.

Went here the other day for a friends birthday, Place was decent and the staff was pretty friendly.

The only problem I had was the food, we ordered it while we were in the karaoke room and the waiters hadn't bring any utensils. Water had to be asked multiple times and the taste itself is pretty average. We also had to ask for soy sauce, you would think it came standard when you get a sushi/sashimi platter.

Everything here is just average, Would only come if I was too lazy to go to a restaurant and karaoke separately.

I had the karaoke room deal where it is $33 per head for 3 hours. Food was pretty good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But always take note of when you started because both times that I have been, they try to kick you out 10-15 minutes before your time is up.
