Absolutely love Mino have been a regular visitor for a number of years and still think it is one of the best Japanese restaurants on the North Shore and Sydney for special occasions. The banquets are the pick.

The kaiseki menu is great, nice flavours and good portions. Fair pricing for a 6-course degustation. The place could be a bit noisy on a busy night, as tables are set quite close to each other. Generally a good experience and nice Japanese food.

This is one of our favourite resturant and we were never disppointed. Love the Kaiseki set! We went there recently to celebrate our wedding anniversay with our 2 young kids and were surprised that they were quite accommodating (for people with kids). Another big star to them!

Came here with friends the first time for Sunday lunch. I will definitely add Mino to my favourites list. We chose the a la carte lunch menu, and the set meal was delicious and fresh, and great value in my opinion.

I chose the sashimi lunch set, and for $16, I ate my way through a generous plate of tuna, salmon, kingfish and scallop sashimi, agedashi tofu, salad, miso soup and rice. Fantastic! I will be back for sure to try their Kaiseki menu.

I have never had the opportunity to try a Kaiseki – a Japanese style banquet that is a showcase of the chef’s skills. Off we went to Mino Japanese Restaurant at Mosman for Sunday lunch when we knew about their Kaiseki menus.

Over 6 courses, we sampled over 15 different style of cooking. All the mini dishes in the entrée platter have great balance of flavours and together formed a wonderful experience, while the Wagyu steak was a standout main course.

At $59, it sure matches many high end degustation menus offered by restaurants in the area.

We've been going to this restaurant for the past few years. This place is pricey! However, the food is always excellent. Prepare to spend up to two hours if you decided to try their kaisie menu, as there is a good space of time between courses.

The ambience is nice and the staffs are mostly efficient. The mini kaisei menu during weekdays are good value when you take into account the effort it took to prepare each dish which are a feast to the eyes as well as being very delicious.

Small dishes but really friendly and lovely staff. Went into the restaurant after having a few (too many) at the the mosman hotel. The courses were small but tasty. Will go back soon!

The environment is friendly and service is good. In terms of food quality and the price are reasonable. Not a bad choice if you want to hang out with friends.
