I was disappointed with the service. I've been there on nights where the waiters and waitresses fall over backwards to serve you. But on the night when they have specials, they don't want to know you. We walked in at 7:10pm and after waiting patiently for 35 minutes for a waiter to take our order, we called the drink waiter over to take the order! If patrons order a $15 meal or $50 meal, I think they should still be treated well. I felt because we came on a special $15 meal budget, we were treated differently than if we had come on a non-special night. That's bad customer service. There were many waiters/ waitresses roaming around pretending to be busy but weren't. It's a shame because the food is quite tasty but the service leaves you feeling as if you don't count for nothing.

Came with a group of 8 on a friday night, we had reservations so seating wasn't a problem (not like it was packed out though). Service was good, we all got what we ordered in due time, no complaints. Steaks, pasta and pizza were ordered along with garlic prawns as an entree. Wagyu beef was a hit, the rib eye was ordinary. 3 pastas were ordered, one was undercooked, one was very fishy and the boscaiola was nothing special. Pizza however was yummy, ordered the magherita and loved it. Garlic prawns is not what I'm used to, menu said with a dash of napolitana sauce but it was swimming in it more like it. At the end of the night we left agreeing that its a place we won't be returning to just for pizza. Food was a bit on the pricey side which wouldn't have been an issue if it were nice.

In an effort to make a routine of going out for dinner on Friday nights, my husband and I decided to try Milano after reading the menu and reviews and arrived with high hopes. Although it was not such a busy night the service was quite slow and drinks took time to arrive at the table despite the simple order of a wine and spirit. The prices here are quite high for the food which tasted ordinary. You can get better meals for the same price at other restaurants, if not cheaper.

My friends and I are regulars here, and we love this place. Found it after a long day at work, decided to check it out after seeing the specials, much better than we expected for a hotel restaurant in Western Sydney! $15 specials on various days such as a large rack of tender fall-right-off-the-bone ribs and tasty thick cut chips, great pizzas, ribeye steaks and pastas means definite value for money. Their tiger prawn pizza was cooked beautifully. Also a large range of other very nice dishes such as crispy salmon and slow cooked duck.

The seafood pasta was great! Not like alot of other pasta restaurants that drown the dish in unappealing sauce. Also available are a good selection of wines, cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages. The decor is modern, not fantastic by any stretch, but the dining atmosphere is comfortable, clean and decent.

The staff are friendly and responsive, on a busy night you may have to remind them of your requests, but this is clearly not intentional ignorance by any stretch. Unless you are after some sort of fine dining/high end culinary experience, which this restaurant is not, I would definitely recommend it as a great place to take family and friends.

I have eaten here a few times and the food has always been of consistent service. It doesn't give the feeling its in a hotel complex and then you have the option to dine outside. The menu selection is very impressive with a great selection of seafood, white and red meat and Italian dishes. It is a little on the pricier side but for me it shows in the quality of the ingredients. I will always be a regular.

The food was overpriced for what it was. There was some good ideas but the execution just wasn't there. Suckling pig with crackling that was rubbery, come on, that is the kind of thing which stops people coming back.

Being an eatery in a motel with a TAB at one end, gave it a sort of RSL feel which was kind of reflected in the food. The wait staff could have been more attentive as it was certainly not an overly busy night. It seemed to be that if you did not get their attention and ask for things, you are on your own.

My wife and I eat at Milano's irregularly. Food is always very good, the pizza chef is very creative and the pizzas are absolutely delicious. $15 meal deal on Tuesdays and Thursdays are super value. The chefs are in view of the patrons, very clean, the service is friendly and warm, they've been there since we started going there 2 years ago.

Great upmarket atmosphere. We enjoy coming back. Sunday night is Rib and Steak night, beautiful!

Came here for lunch today and I had the pan fried fish fillet with a zucchini slice. The dressing was odd and was nowhere near enough to add flavour to the fish. The zucchini slice was quite tasty though and fish was fresh.

Service was lacking. The waiter took my order while standing behind me, which was awkward, when he could've stood infront of our table as there was only 2 of us. Not friendly at all. "Drinks?" was all he said when he first walked up to our table. Won't be coming back even though it's in the area.
