Wow! What a great night out! To begin the evening we had 2-4-1 cocktails (which were unbelievable) with a backdrop of the sun setting over Oxford Street and some of the funkiest house I've heard in a long time! The bar tenders were amazing, they knew all the classic cocktail and had some of their own spectacular creations! The crowd was beautiful (along with the bar staff and door host who was so helpful!) Sydney needs more places like Middle Bar! Well done!

Big fan of Middle Bar! It's never a hassle to get in, no cues, no trouble with the bouncers or the door staff, the bar tenders are phenomenal, the cocktails are amazing and there is never any of the Taylor square trash that generally get in to the other clubs in the area. Always a great night out!

We didn't even get a chance to go inside here. We were barred at the door because my friend was "too inebriated" to enter - not a problem though- thats' totally their right to do that. However, when we tried to debate the matter with the bouncer, his response was to swing a punch - this was a totally unprovoked action on his part. The bouncer's reasoning behind this sudden outburst of violence was to say, "he got in my face." I will not frequent somewhere which treats its patrons with such a lack of respect. Physical violence should not be tolerated by anyone in any inustry. I will definitely be taking the matter further! I suggest you all stay away!

Yeah, it was a very nice venue. Great with a balcony and nice inside very cosy. The people are a bit snobby for my liking but had no problems with it. Good place to start off the night and go somewhere more pumping later.

Fantastic cocktails 'Middle Bar Iced Teas' are divine, wonderful bar staff (they work so hard!), great music and a mixed crowd. Balcony always a nice option. It can get quite crowded but I always have a good time there.

Good place to go if you're out late in Taylor square. Make sure you go upstairs to Kinselas.
Drinks are not cheap but some good music and a good crowd. If you can squeeze on to the balcony it can be nice to cool down from the smoky and hot atmosphere inside. Great raspberry caprioska's.
