Get the takeaway because the service was "unter aller sau" we had to wait for an hour between ordering til we finally got the food and then it did not come together, we had to chase the rest up and all that without the hint of an apology, so after all that time the quality of the food could not make up for our frustration.

Perfect pizza just the way I like it. Sensational base, great sauce and toppings done just right. Other dishes are all acceptably good but I come here for the pizza.

Be sure to get the Pesto King Prawns and if you're after a cholesterol hit grab a Bolognese pizza with pepperoni, olives and fetta. I've scored 9 on the ambience as sitting out the back is not as good as the front or outside.

This restaurant is so good because it's authentic Italian cuisine. There is a great atmosphere with noisy families that make you feel at home. The food is always good and hot. I regularly go to marios with family and friends and would recommend to anyone. Friendly staff and amazing food equals a great restaurant, go mario!

I had a great experience at Mario's Pizzeria. The food was much better than any Italian restaurant I have ever eaten at and the atmosphere was great with friendly staff that made it an enjoyable experience.

The best pizzeria in NSW. My favourite is the sweet chilli chicken. The ceasar salad is fabulous as is the homemade tiramisu. It's a great family restaurant with a fun, relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

My favourite pizza joint in Sydney. I usually order the Mexicana, Supreme, Salsicce and Sweet Chilli Chicken pizzas, although I have tried most of the pizzas on the menu and they're all excellent. My favourite pastas are the Salsicce and Fettuccine Pomo Doro.

I usually order takeaway, but have also eaten within the restaurant. When full, it can be very noisy, but the atmosphere always remains fun rather than raucous.
Mario and his team are efficient, always have our orders ready within the time they say and are friendly and polite every time. Would highly, highly recommend this restaurant!

Tried this a few nights ago and the pizza is good, but too expensive. The calzone is pretty good but again expensive, it was twice as expensive as it should be but don't blame Mario's, that runs in every pizza place in Sydney making calzones.

We went as a table of four, we had booked, which was just as well because they were flat out. We all shared pizzas, Marios Special, Pesto Special and a Garlic Prawn pizza. All were nice, thin bases, not too over or under topped. Greek salad was also a fine effort. All of us were annoyed that we had to struggle with bread knifes to saw through the bases, as this was the standard cutlery presented to all having mains.

No problem if you're having lasagna, but for anything else it soon becomes a pain. A tips folks, invest in sharp knives, you are irritating your customers! We also found ludicrous being handed a drinks list with 6 or 7 softdrinks listed. Make no mistake, this restaurant is certainly aiming to be more than a local pizza joint, and on most fronts it's succeeding. Again, invest in a liquor licence, all 'serious' restaurants should pride themselves on their winelist.

They served a fabulous lamb, potato and oregano tomatoless pizza which was divine. My pesto linguine was traditionally faultless, however, my partner's risotto was swimming in a sauce and the aborio rice (which is what one is supposed to use in said dish) seemed like jasmine rice...? I can cook better risotto and I am an aussie girl with blonde hair and green eyes, so yeah, won't order risotto there, but would definitely give another pizza a go! The attentive young wait boys are also a bonus.
