Whatever you do, don't go on a predicted busy night! Managers are too greedy they don't put on enough wait staff and the kitchen is too small to cope. Left after 1hr receiving no food. Entrees had still not even been started as we walked out the door. Wait staff so busy they lost the plot and could not cope., hence, a restaurant turned into a fight!

This is one of my favourite pizzerias. I travel approx 30 minutes to this place and have been satisfied every time. I always get the same though, pizza and the nutella pizza for dessert. I have not tried any mains so cannot review them. Great, fast service and in a good location if you want to go for coffee or to the city afterwards.

I went here a week before Christmas. I was so disappointed with the food it was embarrassing. The white bate fritters tasted like a stale cross between a pancake and a rubbery fritter. I've never seen anything like it! It must have had about 2 small pieces of white bait in it. The soft crab pasta had bits of shell all through it that had to be picked out. The garlic prawns tasted as if there were in a bland red sauce with virtually no garlic.

The highlight was the pizza which was the meal's saving grace. It certainly wasn't the best I have had but compared to the rest of the meal it was amazing.
So disappointing!

Its very hard not to love this place. Went there the other night for dinner and loved it. The waitress was so lovely and really genuine. Our meals came out promptly and were really tasty, I recommend the Penne Soft Shell Crab. Its a great place for take away mid week or a night out on the weekend. Great prices, I would say the cheapest in Balmain. They also have an impressive wine list (great italian wines I have never seen elsewhere). I will definitely be back very soon!

This place is ok but their pasta was a little bit ordinary. The restaurant itself looks like it will be classier than it really is. I had boscaiola. I could (and have) done better myself at home with what is a relatively simple dish. I would go again if someone else asked me to meet them there but I wouldn't rave about it or return on my own accord. Service was really poor.

Went here for the first time last night. The food was edible but nothing fantastic. I ordered the Risotto Pollo E' Funghi, the taste was ok, but the consistency was stodgy. My friend ordered the Veal Satimbocca, he said it was nice but plated in a manner you would expect from a pub. We would not go back due to the food not being anything special. The service while friendly enough, it was basic and we got the bare minimum of attention, no offering to describe the specials etc. Wouldn't go back.

Their food is excellent. The pizza is easy to eat. Not quite like you find in Italy, however, it is very tasty and the dough is excellent. The seafood is excellent and you can tell they know about quality seafood. Also try the Nannata its great.

Woodfired steak and nanata were very tasty. Pizza are good too. Service are warm and coffee and choc ice cream were comforting. What else can I ask for.

These people really know how to look after you. The seafood is very very good and the pizza is great. We had two platters of mixed seafood-one grilled and one marinara, very fresh and very very tasty. Very well priced and certainly a great local secret. We will be back!

Great Food, we ordered various types of pasta and 2 large pizzas to share amongst 6 of us and it was up there with best of the best. The food was not too oily and the pizzas were made to perfection like they are in Europe without too much grease and very little cheese. Pizza bases were perfect; what more can we say!

The pastas were fantastic and the sauces were extremely tasty. (We had the vegetarian penne, the fettuccini gamberi and the salmon pasta and they were all excellent). Good Italian food at this place – Enjoy!
