Awesome food, the steaks are always fantastic for dinner, and their massive mixed grill breakfast is the best hangover cure ever. Great place to go with your girl or your mates, always a great option for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Food is amazingly tasty, great flavours. Great location, even though we dined on a rainy night. A bit pricey. But overall good dining experience.

Came over more than 3 times and am yet to be disappointed, the smoked salmon dish is a highlight and so does the baked scallops. The ribs were the best I've ever tried, so tender falling off the bone, my partner had the barramundi fillet and it was cooked to perfection, our servers were very attentive and the food came quite fast even in such a busy night, the portions are very fair, love the location and would come more often if the price was more acessible, however, is still way cheaper than any steakhouse in darling harbour.

Went to Manly Grill for New Years Eve. Very pleasant atmosphere and waiters were keen to serve. Drinks arrived very quickly. I ordered the special, Barramundi with fries, the best tasting grilled fish I've had for a long time. Perfectly cooked with a crusty skin. The fries were a bit overcooked though. My bf got the scotch fillet steak and it was amazing, perfectly cooked and very juicy (So much better than Ribs & Rump Manly).

Again, his fries were a bit overcooked. Place is a bit pricey though, meals ~$30. Overall, it was a great dining experience, we were very full and satisfied afterwards. Will definitely be coming back if I'm in the mood for a good steak or a nice grilled fish.

I came here with a group of friends a few weeks ago. The service was quite alright- the staff were attentive and our meals didn't take too long to arrive. The atmosphere was quite relaxed and pleasant too.

Came here for a late lunch, the majority of us ordered burgers and salt & pepper squid. The waitstaff were friendly and helpful and the food didnt take that long to come out either. Food was ok, chicken burger was juicy as was the meat burgers and my squid was great, only thing I suggest is to put it on a bed of green salad not seaweed salad as it makes the squid soggy & might not suit everyones tastes. Having said that, it was a nice surprise and lucky I like seaweed salad! I don't frequent manly often but wud like to try the chowder and the ribs next time.

I always go here when I feel like a juicy set of ribs. The ribs have more meat on them than Ribs and Rumps, however sometimes this is fatty. Overall, a good meal though. The service is ok, although you need to grab their attention at times. The soft drinks are in a small glass, so you have to order 2 of them in one sitting. That's not my idea of great value. Great view of the distant ocean on hot night.

Location and menu are great, although the service on Sunday morning is terrible, bordering on comical. I put this down to being short staffed, leaving the experience stressful and unsatisfying for us. No smiles, stressed staff and the senior staff's eye rolling when we asked for table water left us amazed. 20 minute wait for coffee, 40 minutes for food is not appropriate. Smiling, pleasant staff that enjoy their job would go a long way. Still amazes me that places with such bad service stay in business. I won't be back.

My boyfriend and I go to Manly Grill for something special. Since it is a 'grill', we have really only ever tried the steak and ribs, which are consistently amazing. We normally share a steak and ribs combo, and with some bread to start it's more than enough food and works out at a reasonable price too. However, the service is below par, particularly for a restaurant as expensive as this. We always book before we go however 9 times out of 10 when we arrive our booking can either not be found or has been put under a completely different name. I understand that mistakes are made but no apology is given, instead we get an eyeroll and a can't be bothered attitude. Too bad we are such suckers for the amazing steak and ribs!
