Rubbish service, over-priced, relying on its reputation. Lift your game guys. Took ages for food to come out. Nice coffee.

The staff is great, always friendly and with a character not the 'don't want to be here attitude". Food as per normal for a cafe, specials rarely changing but done in taste, no culinary revolution just cafe food done simply, but always busy, so a sign of great service, decent food, always consistent coffee, worth a visit, even at 2 in the morning, Maisy's rockssss.

24 hours cafe. Tends to get crowded by "young" people, but a great spot for dessert, a coffee or a light meal. The kitchen seems to be in the pigeon coop and food comes down on a basket. Staff always friendly.

This place has amazing milkshakes and pretty good food (nothing to write home about but certainly nice enough). The perk of being open 24 hours is reflected in the menu prices. For that reason, it probably wouldn't qualify as a local haunt but it is good every so often for a quick bite at a weird hour or a late breakfast on a Sunday.

Living in Neutral Bay, I frequent Maisy's all the time. You will honestly not find a better-made banana smoothie in Sydney (and trust me, I've tried), so it's my staple place if I want one. The chips are excellent too. The staff have always been friendly to me and the wait for food isn't long. The only problem is with the prices. That amazing banana smoothie? Oh, you'll pay for it! Having said that, Maisy's has been here for years and won't be going away. Oh, and the free wi-fi and 24 hour open times are total bonuses.

For a place that has been in the same spot for ages, I expected it to be of a certain standard. Now I'm not saying "silver service" I'm well aware its a 24 hour cafe.

The food tasted good. But we had to ask three times for it, it was "lost" but was them delivered and it tasted good, so no harm done. The coffee was ok too. Milkshake was Great! However, the guy who was out waiter seemed annoyed that we had dare disturb him that day (ie: arrive, sit, and order?). It was bordering on down right rude. Then he "lost" our food. The menu is pretty limited, which was a shame, because like I said before, the food we had was good, not a flavour sensation but no complaints there.

It was just this waiter, he was totally mean! That really swayed my decision not to go back there whilst he is still there.

Is a great place to meet friends for coffee or a quick bite, late at night. Have always enjoyed the bustling vibe, and generally choose to go to Maisy's for coffee after dining out, rather than having coffee at the restaurant. People go there to chatter, so the vibe is as such. Wait staff are always friendly and service prompt. Not anything to write home about though, and if you're expecting any more than a 24 hour coffee shop, then you'll be disappointed.

The overwhelming intolerance to having children in this cafe outweighed anything good about it. The waiter was openly hostile about my child who was quiet and did nothing wrong. She was sitting at the table playing with the salt shaker. He snatched it out of her hands and said "I don't want salt on the table". Not impressed.

Dropped in for a quick early morning breakfast a few days ago. I only had some thick sliced rye toast (with real butter and Vegemite) and Irish breakfast tea, but it hit the spot. (I have had pancakes on another occasion and they were pretty good.) Service has always been friendly and quick, and I love that it's open 24 hours.

Great night spot for those night drives. Start off with a coffee before the northern beaches run. Finish off with their delicious chicken burger and chips. I rate their chips as the best in Sydney. Coffee is pretty good too.
