Just 10 minutes’ walk from the Royal Botanical Gardens and 15 minutes from Sydney city centre, The Maisonette Hotel is a charming guest house with an on-site restaurant. Situated in the trendy area of Potts Point, each room at The Maisonette Sydney features ceiling fans and an LCD TV. Some rooms have a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle and kitchenware. The Sardine Room offers bistro-style dining in a casual atmosphere, with a range of seafood options. Guests also have access to laundry facilities and free luggage storage. The Maisonette is 10 minutes’ walk from Kings Cross Station, providing access to all of the city’s top attractions, including the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

Important Information
Please note that the hotel does not have an elevator and is not suitable for anyone who may have difficulty walking up stairs. Please note that guests are required to present a valid credit card and photo ID (passport or Australian driving license) upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest staying at the hotel. Please note that this hotel does not accept credit card payments unless the cardholder is present upon check in. Please note that a 2% surcharge applies for payments with Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Please note that reception opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 08.30 until 20.00 Saturday: 08.30 until 18.00 Sunday: 09.30 until 16.00 Guests arriving outside reception opening hours must inform the hotel in advance.
