The pizza bases were of the ready-made variety, bland and dry. The topping was cold and chewy. The delivery driver had gone to wrong address, given one of our pizzas to someone else and took another 1/2 hour to come back with a replacement. Last year when we visited to order-in no one was clearing the tables and we had to wait at a table of mess.

One girl was working really hard and the guys were just standing around waiting for pizza to cook. We told the Mad Pizza senior staff and instead of asking his staff to clean up for our comfort he made a big scene telling off a woman at a neighbouring store. She gave him a serve and it was funny.

What a joke where nothing was right. The worst pizza ever and a bad waiter on the same night. Not worth it.

Depending on who is working, service can be good or really bad! One thing is, the food is great. Good value. Best pizza in Newtown.

Mad pizza is exactly that, mad! No customer service at all. Can't comment on the pizza seeing the person who answered the phone was rude, in a rush and then hang up on me.

This was a disgusting excuse for a pizza and their customer service was intolerable after receiving a pizza covered in anchovies after ordering online with specific instructions not to include anchovies on my order. The owner reluctantly gave in and tried to tell me the website was at fault. They then delivered another pizza half the size of what I had orginally ordered. The only thing that was edible was the only thing they had touched and that was the gelato. This place was hopeless! Don't waste your money here!

Brilliant pizza in a convenient location, not the best spot for dining in but fine whilst waiting for your order. We Ordered pick up for 6pm on a Friday and was home there and back in 20 minutes with some of the best pizza in newtown. Definitely worth a try if you live in or near the area.

Worst pizza I have had in ages. Don't go there! I was lured in by the smell from civic video, but the pizza was not even eatable. The olives on top were particularly bad and tasted like they have come out of a can... and maybe out of date!
