Don't bother, there are much better places to visit that appreciate your custom. This place stinks of disinterest in its cusotmers. I call to order some food and was ignored twice, spoken to disgracefully and kept talking to the waitresses who was telling the non-gentleman on the phone abouy her customer and complained about the bill!

I've bought takeaway pizzas from here numerous times (proscuitto/ rocket) with no problems. Eating here seems to be a different experience. Disregarding the 3 different spellings of "risotto" (if you're going to get something wrong at least get it consistently wrong) on the menu, there were insufficient staff to manage the number of diners. The waitress, when we could summon her, was pleasant. Dishes were the chicken "rissotto" and the pizza with proscuitto. The former was a bit too salty and welll, not very risotto like. The pizza was not as good as it sometimes can be. My post pizza hot chocolate was luke warm, not my preferred temperature. I think that a previous reviewer is right - the location probably is a large reason for its popularity.

The location itself justifies its popularity but in all honesty, the restaurant itself has nothing going for it. Pizzas are average to be fair, yet small and overpriced. Loud atmosphere which is ok for some but not for others. Service is terrible -haughty waitresses, maybe because they're only getting minimum wage. Overall, an experience to avoid if possible.

We had take away on Saturday, it was pretty good and satisfying. The waiter was nice, friendly and helpful - he made it a pleasant experience. The meal was on time, hot and fresh and very decently priced for take away. They offered delivery to the hotel we were staying in but we actually stumbled across them on the street whilst looking for a takeaway dinner for the family! Much cheaper the way we did it. Would love to try the desserts, they sounded yummm.

Went on a thursday lunch and ordered their spaghetti marinara, it was excellent and their service was on the ball despite a busy shop. However, I found it a little expensive but otherwise a fantastic place to enjoy Italian cuisine

Went for a weekday lunch with a friend. The tables are quite close together and it can get quite busy, typical for an inner city cafe/ restaurant. The Shanghai Duck pizza was quite nice (even though yes, it should be called Peking Duck) as was the caesar salad. Service was nothing particularly special, just perfunctory particularly because we were tucked away in a corner of the restaurant and it was hard to get the waiter's attention. Definitely book if you're heading in on a weekday.

Good food, good service and good atmosphere. Nothing overly brilliant but a pleasant night out all the same! Fairly wide selection available. Would go back in the future though.

We made a booking for a mate's birthday. Food was good. Mushroom risotto was nice, light and tasty, Shanghai pizza (correctly it should be named Beijing pizza due to the roast duck) was a bit sweet for my liking but otherwise an interesting creation. The mezze platter for 2 in our opinion was poor value. The diners on a Fri night comprise of after hours young business professionals, groups of girls and other celebrations/gatherings. In summary it isn't a bad place.
