Had been meaning to try Ma Ba Sa for ages, finally did last weekend. I will be back for sure. The set menu/banquet for 2 was terrific value and the food was near perfect. Delicious 5 course meal, everything tasted so fresh, nicely spiced and not overpowering at all. Awesome. The bibimbap was amazing! Highly recommended, can't wait to go back.

Had our recent book club supper here last week and really loved the food. Service was fantastic and friendly. We all (4) enjoyed the food. Sooooo looking forward to going back soon. Food was fresh and came to the table very quickly.

Love this place! Kenny (front of house) and his family (in the kitchen) are wonderfully friendly and always helpful. Most important the food is fantastic and all very well priced. This has turned into a regular stop for all our family.

Absolutely fantastic. Great service everytime. Really great tasting food. Fantastic value for money! The waiter recommended some great dishes everytime round. Try the fish or the bbq beef.

We went here as a group of 8 on a Thursday night on the recommendation of friends who are big foodies and we weren't disappointed in the least.

We ordered the $115 banquet for 4 twice for the 8 of us to make it easier and it was fantastic and plentiful as the food just kept on coming. Food was fresh and flavorsome with some very unique tastes. Service in the place is friendly and efficient and the atmosphere is also great especially after a few bottles of BYO.

This is a great addition to the Balmain area especially with the demise of many Thai/Vietnamese restaurants which have become extremely pale and bland in the last few years. We will definitely be back here for more.

Excellent place to eat. We five had a great time, and as another reviewer suggested, asked the very nice manager to order for us. We were not disappointed!

Girlfriend and I wanted something different, so after reading the reviews on here we decided to give this place a go. The food was sensational, the service was top class and the price was very reasonable!

Fantastic value for money at this Korean fusion restaurant. Family-run with delicious food and great service. Leave your choice of food to the wait staff, they understand what the western palate enjoys and will make a good selection for you without ripping you off by choosing too many or expensive dishes. A great little addition to Balmain dining.
