Food looks good but has no differentiating taste. The taste is bland like franchise food. I would not recommend eating this food. Nearby takeaway pizza's are better. Very disappointed particularly since it was advertised in the members newsletter as changed.

First time I went to Lucidos, the pizza was really undercooked, too much sauce and very sloppy. Second time, asked the waiter to ensure that the pizza was well done, which solved the problem. Tasty, pay a bit more than the pizza joint around the corner, the beer's nice and cold, dance floor off to the side, lots of people, plenty of kids, Keno screens and sport all on the go.

This place is an upmarket bistro with an Italian flavour. Wenty Leagues has a number of good eateries including The Imperial Dragon chinese, seperate, quality, good value restaurant. The Lucido is modern with good food, pizzas, pasta
and desserts good value, even though in a club it is child friendly.

"Yes, the good old wenty leagues club, always a great place to eat, especially the chinese restaurant inside, the "southern gardens". Great food. We had the salt and pepper whale, which reminded me of the time we visited hong kong's "szeschuan gazebo" restaurant in kow-loong. However, in hong kong, they have an aversion to american travellers using chopsticks. They offered the fine thin ones,
but neglected to give us serviettes.

So, in turn, we used the napkins to wipe our mouths and it was quite adequate. After we got back to the hotel, we were greeted by a very nice hong-kong-ese door-keeper who gave us some fresh hand-towels that were piping hot with added peppermint. That was nice. Overall, we had a great time in hong kong, and would definitely go to kow-loong province again, as long as the hand towels are still available for the same discount price. Thank you and god bless.
